No. You need to finish first division to get into bronze/silver/gold league to get those rewards.

So season 2 was reduced to 2 rounds?Without a previous announcement? How is this possible?
Nobody will get max reward for 17 points and a lot of people that invested time in this will not have the chance to get the reward tank.
Are you going to compensate this in any way?

This was just the second season out of the three in total.
The one before this was season one.. season two just ended... next is season three, where you get the last rank tokens.
Well, the Ranked season is over and players do not even bother to comments on this pretty disgusting playing mode – 2 pages of discussion, a “fantastic” performance WG !!! I have to ask myself if it is WG intellectual incapacity, feeble-mindness, nincompoopery or sheer malevolence of WG that WG is not able to create an enjoyable playing mode for Tier 9 and Tier 10 vehicles.
Only 5500 players actually finished the whole ordeal – out of about perhaps 100 000 semi-regular players ... and this is a rather pathetic number for WG ... but it really appears that WG just gives baboon turd about it ...
Some streamers refused to play at all ... some started only in the last week because the Ranked are unplayable in the first two weeks when the game mode is populated by Tier 11 tanks such as Chieftains and 279 and EBR and 907 ... so this Chieftain gets nicely in a hull-down position and what does he see ? – you have guessed correctly, is is another Chieftain in a hull-down position – where is fun in playing this game mode WG? Did you ask yourself this question?
This season WG was trying to sweeten the deal by introducing bonus battles – a good idea which brought a greater variety of tanks into the game BUT:
1) this was almost immediately offset by 4 losses in a row when my team had E5 and Kran and the enemy had Chief and 279 (no chance there, whatever ... 279 just took a bee-line to our base and nobody (!!!) from my team was able to stop him !!!). What kind of MM is this, WG??? Distributing all OP tanks into one team? Of course it is in 95% of cases an instant defeat, and one can directly say that WG is manipulating win rations in the game. And one has to speak of demoralization of a team without OP tanks and how it effects performance in future games etc – but of course they observe all this and feed all the soft statistics to their military AI.
2) players remained stuck on one level for three or four days and giving up playing (Hello WG, is this really a good promotion of the Ranked battles mode? Players giving up playing it?).
We even had a special Ranked arty MM (but WG would never admit this, correct?) – max two arty per game but even that was absolutely toxic, 2 x arty hit shaved off 1000 HP and all you could do is to go red-line sniping ... and games without arty were mostly a total camp fiesta ... so why not 1 arty per team but in every game ? I think this would be acceptable or barely acceptable for majority of players.
So what could possibly WG try to do to improve battle experience in Ranked so that more players would play it and actually enjoy it ? At the present time it is mostly frustration what WG is delivering to the customer and you can ask all who played Ranked and 99% of them will say that it is a disgusting playing mode and that they will not touch tanks for two or three weeks from the Ranked experience. Well, this is a great game promotion of the game WG, bravo, just bravo, after playing Ranked people do not want to play Tier 10 anymore for several months ... is this really what you want to achieve WG? People not playing Tier 10, which is supposed to be the pinnacle of the game – but in reality it is just a total anti-climax? Anyway who is playing Tier 10 these days when most of the time there are 3 arties on every team most of the time when players take their Tier 10 out of garage ... so really smart thinking here WG, I am simply speechless, who is coming to you with all these “great” ideas?
MatchMaker – how is it possible that MM still gives OP tanks only to one side? There are 30 tanks in a single battle so even 14 year old child is smart enough to put one stronktank on each team and not two stronktanks in the first team and zero stronktank in the second team. One would say a very simple logic, right but apparently WG has no intellectual capacity to do it. Or am I wrong? One can just use simple look-up tables for the most frequent matchmaking cases !! I am pretty sure that if WG would put their MM algorithm as an open source, the tank community would easily come with a much better MM than WG has ever tried to create. The danger is of course that then we would see how WG is manipulating match making, win ratios, ranks probabilities etc I am speechless ...
Some streamers have already said that WG is losing old players (this is natural) but hardly able to recruit new ones ... and so the overall number of players is declining – which WG is financially compensating by issuing a new premium tank almost every second week and selling a premium tank every day instead of repairing what is wrong with the game – and that they give WG about one year to improve the real issues in the game otherwise they will start playing less frequently and decline of the game will further continue (let me spell it clearly – no more money for WG and thus no WG jobs !! Is this clear ?? But probably WG management does not really care, they grab quick bucks and let the company collapse – because no sane person would do what they do ... ). The old players are replaced by bots and anonymizers ...
Anyway, to summarize my thoughts (and that of many other players !!):
1) remove losing Chevron from the Ranked battles – people are fed up with it, the Ranked games are completely messed up due to the FEAR of losing chevron, and they simply do not play Ranked because of this and in this way they boycott WG.
2) Better MM – it is simply disgusting that the present MM can still put all OP tanks in one team while the other has nothing – this is a lost game and WG knows it but they simply manipulate win ratios
3) One arty per team in Ranked, not more, but always at least one to prevent camp fiesta and allow for breakthroughs.
4) More permanent ranks
5) More bonus battles because MM is simply soooo bad that bonus battles do not compensate the purposely bad MM designed by WG.
6) If you have clan reward tank then use them only in Clan wars but do not poison the randoms or Ranked with these silly Tier 11 OP tanks. People are discouraged and not motivated when they see these tanks, because as susual, the first one who has them is the king, but if everyone has them it is pain to play against each other which is what first two weeks of Ranked are all about – disgusting games full of Chiefs and 279 in one game after another. What is the point of playing when you have no chance in your standard Tier 10 Tech tree tank? What is the point WG? Please explain !!! I am really curious.
7) Make Ranked for Tier 9 instead of Tier 10. Tier 9 is more balanced, without idiotic vehicles such as Chiefs and 279 and 907 etc
8) Why not try to issue a blue print for Chieftain (or 907 or VK or ...) for every completed division? And have say 9 blue prints for Chief – so players would have to complete 9 divisions – meaning it is some kind of commitment to the gaming mode ... and those who have Chiefs or other tanks can get permanent cammo and not cammo which is always removed after not participating in the Ranked ...
9) Listen to what community is telling you - WG !!! Sure you can survive for some years to come but you know very well that your best years are over and you are struggling now ... time to acknowledge what is wrong with your game and try to improve it !!!
I have a simpler solution for ranked.
At the moment the issue is that unless you have the best tank you can't win ranked. Removing these tanks from the pool wouldn't actually help as you'd just need to have the next best tank. Instead of removing these tanks, I propose a change to the way ranked is judged.
1) Each player should be given an Elo for each tank they play inside ranked.
2) At the start of each game the Elos of both teams would be calculated. (adding up the Elos of each player in the team would suffice)
3) Using the Elos of the teams, the game can find a probability of winning for each team.
4) At the end of the Result your Elo will increase if you win and decrease if you lose. The size of the increase will vary depending on how likely the given result was. for example: if you win a game where you have a 90% win chance you won't get much reward, but if you win a game where you had a 10% win chance the Elo increase will be much larger. This is reversed for loses.
5) Now here is the clever part: instead of ranking players based on the Elo of each of their tanks, players would be ranked on how much better or worse they were than the average player in their tanks. For example Let's say if player_1 gets an Elo of 1,000,000 in a T95/FV4201 and player_2 gets an Elo of 200 in a Rheinmetall Panzerwagen, but the average player in a T95/FV4201 gets an Elo of 999,999 and the average player in a Rheinmetall Panzerwagen gets an Elo of 0, then Player_2 gets a score of 200-0=200 in his Rheinmetall Panzerwagen and Player_1 gets a score of 1,000,000-999,999=1 in his T95/FV4201.
I would suggest that players have to play a certain number of games in their chosen tank to qualify (say 20 to 50 games for each week that ranked lasts for example).
This way the tanks you have would be far less important compared to your ability to play those tanks. Also with this system WG could remove the awful role experience system which trys to tell players what the meta is. This would increase the variety of tanks in ranked. Also it would sidestep some of the issues with the matchmaker as when you end up on a bad team using bad tanks vs a good team using OP tanks, you wouldn't be punished too much for losing and your opponent isn't going to be rewarded a large amount.

I understand what you are saying but this may be too complicated to implement. WG is not willing to improve MM where they would put distributed EQUAL tanks to both teams but they sometimes simply put all OP tanks to one team. Only WG knows the reason behind it ... and I guess it is manipulation of win rates and some other issues which I mentioned in my post because nothing else comes to my mind ...
