I am talking about the 170mm. So recently I got the tonk. What do you thing about this tank?. In my opinion it's hard to play but man that 425mm of heat is fun to use against obk268v4. But the tanks suffers bit from gun depression and accuracy even though I have 0.3m accuracy on this tank but still it misses a long shot and sometimes the shell will fall before hitting and do tracking shot. The armor is total trash. The buff I would like to see on this tank are:

1)Gun depression  from 6 to 8.

2)Improvement in speed.

3)Little bit armor improve on superstructure.

Good tank only on city maps/small maps,on large maps is useless 99% of the time, arty will foch you up.

The premium pen is very nice, you can easily pen obj 279,268 v4,maus,etc,etc.

The aiming is bad,but if you're close to the target it doesn't really matter.

The whole tank is a huge mess that can be utterly useless at times. The armour is tough, but flat so its pointless. No turret means you can't peak around corners which makes it a terrible brawler too. The speed is so trash that you sometimes get damaged leaving the spawn area. Accuracy and shell velocity isnt good either. Can't go up hills cuz no gun depression.

Yet on some occasions this tank just blows everything away and im having so much fun. That alone makes the tank worth. Who can't smile when you pump out 1.3k dmg through a heavies turret with HEAT? Take that ruski bobject :)

Just unlocked it a few days ago, waiting for christmas discount to buy it. Had some fun with it on the testserver already, didn't expect to get it in the actual game but the way to it was quite nice (when you have the top gun, stock grind on most was pretty bad...)

For a tank that can already ruin someone's game in a single shot, i see way too many of them. Nerfing the alpha and improving the mobility would be something i would do.

one of the most situational tanks I can imagine.

able to hold entire flanks almost by itself, or just be entirely useless.

somehow got an ace in it, but haven't gotten any impressive games yet.

What i would do with the JGPZ E100 (and the two 183s) is completely a no brainer imho. Nerff the alpha dmg a bit and buff the rest.

JGPZ E100

Alpha dmg to 1000 from 1050 / and to 1300 from 1400 with HE.

Rate of fire to 2,5 from 2,33.

Top speed to 34 from 30.

Engine power 1250hp from 1200hp.

FV215b 183

Alpha dmg to 1100 from 1150 / and to 1500 from 1750 with HE/HESH.

Rate of fire to 2,15 from 2.

Accuracy to 0,39 from 0,40.

Aim time to 3,2 from 3,4.

HESH pen to 250mm from 230mm.

FV4005 stage II

Alpha dmg to 1100 from 1150 / and to 1500 from 1750 with HE/HESH.

Rate of fire to 2,15 from 2.

Accuracy to 0,40 from 0,42.

Aim time to 3,4 from 3,7.

HESH pen to 250mm from 230mm.

We dont need ultra high alpha dmg tanks in the game. WG needs to wake the F up and cocrrect the mistakes.

jpze is fine as is. if you drive in front of one like an [edited], you have yourself to blame.

tanks such as fv183 and stage II cannot be balanced, much like wt auf e 100.

nerf them as much as you want, at the end of the day, they are still able to delete tanks from full hp.

Jgpze100 is not the ez td to play just try it yourself on test server and u will realize it doesn't mean if you get 1050 alpha gun boom I will dominate the battlefield it only bom when u actually make the gun work.

To be fair, nowhere did he say they're easy tanks to play or that they'll dominate the battles they're in. He simply stated very high alpha guns shouldn't be in the game.

Read again. What i suggested is a decent buff that trades a tiny bit of alpha for overall gains in mobility and dpm.

And still won't change anything, because at the end of the day, they can delete a tank from full hp, regardless of how many nerfs you apply.

Story unfolded this way with the Waffle. I lost the count of changes it had received both positive and negative. And then WG realised that it's simply impossible to balance the tank in a way that it satisfies all sides of the conflict, thus they just removed it and replaced it with G15. Such same fate should be dealt to both of these HESH pieces of [edited].

No tank should be able to delete another tank from full hp, no matter the circumstances, because that is simply bad game design.

The Jagaroo is quite a unique tank. I don't think it's as problematic as the 183 because it doesn't have HESH with absurdly high alpha and pen.

You can't go around with JPzE100 full HE and still have a good game as 600 damage on a non penetrating HE in almost half you can get from a penetrating AP or HEAT.

It can be hard hitting, but can't really oneshot anything apart tier 8 LTs or TDs.

Me and OP had tons of fun testing it yesterday. Was a lovely support (or even gamecarrier) for my E100 and had a quite enjoyable session. :)

The original HESH pen was ~275, which was completely ret- and broken.

However, Jaegeroo's HE on average rolls for 300-600 on things like hulldown S.Conq and Kranvagn; tanks that are supposed to be sort of invincible in these positions, nevermind S.Conq's turret skirts.

And is because of that I like high caliber HE. No tank should be invincible just because is sitting in a certain position.

But apart from countering hulldown tanks, running a JPzE100 full HE is a total waste. You have a nice AP round with really high overmatching capabilities and the best in game penetration factor under the form of the infamous 420 pen HEAT round. Sure, the alpha is quite high, and module damage too (Jagaroo 1 hit ammorack meme comes from that) but is very rarely impossible to stop, because it doesn't run on HE in most cases.

The difference here, is that playing tanks hulldown when possible, actually requires skill and map knowledge. HE spam equals to a situation where you are trying to drive in a nail, but then remember that you do not actually possess a hammer, therefore you use the next thing that is available to you which accomplishes this goal.
