So clearly I'm a dumba** for not asking this earlier.

I'm less than 40k from E3 and I'd like to hear experienced players' setup, tactics and suggestions. One thing I figured out is, the games suck when I'm playing solo.

The first thing I'd ask is - is the camo skill worth on these boys? I'm running a 3-skilled crew with 6th sense (mandatory), BiA, repairs and about 65% camo, which gives me approx. 6% extra when moving, 10.5% when stationary. Should I replace the camo skill with something else which I think the driver would benefit the most, e.g. traverse speed increase or terrain resistance bonus?

(I'm keeping one girl for the extra loader slot the E3 has)

The other thing is equipment, but I think I got the hang of rammer, vents and optics which gives me a reload of 15 seconds and 435m of view range.

I'm listening.

Well these are assault tds, slow and steady and designed for close up combat. Camo is next to useless in the majority of situations you'll find yourself in. Set them up similar to a heavy, close up with no turret you don't want to find yourself permtracked and with peekaboo tactics being employed in the vast majority of games shooting skills will increase your likelyhood of quick draw shots from behind cover.

Repair is mandatory for E3, cammo is better then other choices. If you have BIA and those 2, 4th skill is the one you can think about.

I use enhence gun laying drive instead of optics. I dont need optics in close combat and I dont spot with E3 mostly.

Remove the camo and start leveling up recon / situational awareness clutch braking ETC. Camo is really unnecessary

I would say Repair skill is very necessary for the T 95, plus BIA, after that, whatever the other guys say.

Repair skill is most important.

On top of the repair skill I use both a small repair kit and a large repair kit, only tank I've ever done this for but its undoubtably worth it. Can't even remember the last time it caught fire.

Arty shots in the fuel tank tend to burn it, so I'm taking all the big consumables on it.

Camo skill is only good at t95 u can make camo upto I guess 25-30 but the camo on e3 is worst so don't use camo skills on e3 and both td are Frontline TDS and for godsake don't snipe with at long ranges except the map forces u to do so. Don't trust on your cupola on e3 as it gets pened by 330mm heat sometimes if rng helps enemy and hide e3 lowerplate try to use gun depression of e3 and don't stay alone with both TDS u can get flanked by lights, meds and even heavies.

on my T95 i use vents/rammer/coated optics + vent purge directive .. 442 viewrange .. (5 perk crew close to starting on sixth one) as for tactics... it's really just situational .. there isn't really a straight up master plan for a T95... you're completely team dependant.. if you go off on your own.. you'll die .

so in short the T95 is pretty much all about reading your team & the enemy team, sometimes you can win a game by just sitting on a medline denying your enemy a push giving your team enough time to flank and win the game, other situations you can behave like a heavy tank (ensk himmeldorf corner) and just obliterate your opponents ..  another situation that can srsly mess with your experience are steamrolls.. getting adept at predicting when they happen is also crucial when stuck in a slowboat

TL;DR

plan ahead, plan far ahead.

This + a toolkit for bonds and a large repair kit. Repair your tracks in seconds.

I run the same setup, it's frightening how fast you can get the tracks back on. :)
