Best equipment and crew skills for OBJ 430u

Further to previous topic on comparison of OBJ 430u with OBJ 140, as I have bought the tank, I'm interested in your opinion on what is the best (i) equipment and (ii) crew skills (up to 5 skills) for OBJ 430u.

 

Current crew skills - subject to resetting - are:

1. Commander - 6th sense, BIA, mentor 98%

2. Gunner - BIA, deadeye, snapshot 99%

3. Driver - BIA, clutch braking, smooth ride 99%

4. Loader -  BIA, Adrenaline rush, repairs 99%

 

Btw, the tank is very good for aggressive play. It has less better gun handling compared to OBJ 140, so no camp/snipe combo, but survives much longer in a brawl and a bit harder to pen on the side for many ppl, which is what I needed.

Vent/Rammer/Stab, I really hope I don't need to explain why

 

6th/BiA/Repairs/Sit Awareness or Camo or FF

BiA/Repairs/Snap Shot/Camo or FF

BiA/Repairs/Off-Road Driving/Clutch Braking or Camo or FF

BiA/Safe Stowage*/Repairs/Camo or FF

 

*Safe Stowage is only useful in fringe cases for preventing the tank from being oneshotted by a high module damage roll with 130-ish mm guns, your ammo rack will be damaged no matter what if it gets hit, even by an 88 mm gun. You can replace it with Camouflage or Firefighting if you want.

 

Firefighting is because you run food at tier 10 (duh).

 

Also I have news for you, if you want to do well at tier 10 both winrate and damage (and even assisted damage)-wise, you will be camping and sniping even in tanks like the VK 72.01K and the Type 5. Play the game, not the "tank role".

After consulting with my peers all you need for this ridiculous tank in need of a nerf is a W button.  Repairs across all your crew btw.

Thanks mate. I dont care about stats and play more aggressively now, so that is why I moved from OBJ140 to this one for randoms.

Didnt know vents played a significant role on this tank. My instinct told me to go for loader... but that is why I asked to get a different perspective :)

people actually need advice on this broken garbage?

 

repairs and camo,6th sense, bia, you need nothing else,but that again applies to any low-profile tank in the game.

Whyyyyyy would you have garbage skills like mentor and smooth ride instead of repairs.

 

1. Commander - 6th sense, BIA, Repairs.

2. Gunner - BIA, repairs, camo

3. Driver - BIA, repairs, camo

4. Loader -  BIA, repairs, camo

 

Obj430U has very good camo values, so camo is useful after repairs.

Looks good to me. I'd maybe swap mentor for JoaT. I'd definitely take repairs after finishing 3rd skill.
