The King Tiger should still be in your garage marked as an expired rental even if the link between your account and Twitch Prime is broken.

 

Check you don't have rental tanks filtered out.

Right I have just checked and all my other rental tanks are there. The King Tiger © is NOT there.

I have checked also to make sure my Accounts are linked ...they are

Have Twitch taken my subscription but taken my TANK and not given me what I pay for...

Hi I claimed first care pacage and it worked.. now when King Tiger appeared i claimed it but my garage was eampty. Now kilo pacage I caimed too but theres nothing.

Yay.....

I had sent a ticket to Twitch which was replied to saying to contact Amazon as they distribute the Care Packages.

I went to the Amazon site and they phoned me (WOW!!! no phone costs). Within minutes the guy on the other end of the phone (Pavanesh) had sorted out my problem and I have my King Tiger ( C ) back and have received my care package Kilo!! 

Pavanesh this medal is for you!!!

All sorted well done Amazon and Twitch!!!

When this kind of problems happen it's usually on their side, so contacting Twitch / Amazon customer support is the right way to go.

Note though guys, you CANNOT change the Amazon account associated with your Twitch account. That first one you claim with has to always stay prime. You cant let it expire and open a separate one and then link that.

Twitch gives (to the beginners) a free month for test, so probably some users try to use multiple (NEW) Twitch accounts, one different account for each month, to have all the benefits for free for many months ...

... but, on the other hand (surely) Twitch had in mind this possibility and she took care of it ...

... so, it seems that when a WoT account has been linked once to Twitch, it is not possible to link it again to another one (TEST/FREE) Twitch account.

No you misunderstand. Same Twitch account, never changed.

However, my wife's Amazon Prime expired, so I started another amazon prime in my name. After speaking to Amazon Prime, they informed me it can never be changed to a second prime account. You only get one shot.

At no point was I ever trying to claim a loot twice.

Just warning people to hang onto that first amazon account they linkup.

Any more news on the Lima package? Juliet and Kilo were a bit disappointing compared to India and Hotel, so I have higher expectations from Lima due to Christmas and all...

Not sure if this helps, but a few months ago I had issues claiming. Turned out my anti-virus program was blocking me from continuing from the claim site. Was easy to fix then

I had to create a new twitch account. Even then it took a week for kilo to appear in game after successfully claiming.

I have went through that process yesterday, whilst helping a player, and it took approximately 2-3hrs for the pack to appear in my garage.

If, according to the article, this female commander can use crackers & fireworks, I have to recruit her immediately to a tank that I love to use ... and I will use this firework skill to light up the battlefield ... LOL.

Most cases of the Tiger C disappearing have been due to players having their garage filter set not to show rental tanks.
