Seems like WG doesn't want to earn money anymore. Black Friday offers were either boring or too expensive and Cyber Monday seems to be cancelled. Black Friday at RU shop was great and I would have bought at least two tanks but unfortunately Black Friday at EU shop was quite the opposite.
