Hi All,

I have been playing this game over 7 years.

I have faced this issue twice, once it was caused by Geforce Experience Shadow Play so I uninstalled it.

But this time is different.

I have the same issue I had before and could not find a solution.

I am here for your help.

Kindly see the attached video.

Thanks in advance.

Tomorrow will take a look at that.

Meanwhile, try to find a cloud where we can see the video online. Knowing the internet, not many will download a file directly. :)

This thread has been moved to the most appropriate section.

From what I see in the video you've inserted, it seems like a FPS drop problem.

The reasons can be multiple, CPU or GPU with an excessive workload, or one of the two processors reaches too high temperatures and therefore the system to avoid damage to your hardware decreases the operating frequencies of one of the two processors.

I advise you to check the temperatures and frequencies of your system while you play to see if this problem is present, obviously based on the thermal characteristics of your hardware.

Clean the fans of your PC and check that both the CPU and the GPu have a sufficient and not exhausted thermal paste.

Update all your system drivers and operating system.

If even with updated drivers and acceptable temperatures this problem persists you should check with a memtest your RAM memories with the windows memtest with a thorough test.

Have you verified the game files via the WGC?

It is not a FPS problem, the video captured with ShareX and it did not capture it 60fps.

2 days ago there was not any issue on the game, like I said I have faced this issue once again and it was due to GeForce Experience Shadow Play.

I have verified the games via WGC but no good,

I have disabled all mod but once again no good.

I have uninstall the graphics card and installed 3 different versions, only graphics card driver, nothing changed.

I have uninstall the game then installed on different drive again did nothing.

Using different keyboard did nothing.

Launching safe mod did nothing.

It is more likely something interference with the game but I could not find it.

My setup;

Ryzen 3 1300x

GTX 1060 9 gbps

2x8gb Gskill 3200mhz Ram kit

Nothing overclocked, nothing acts weird. Also I am playing other games and everything is just fine.

Cheers!

Ok. I watched it. If I understand correctly, your problem is that the tank move intermittently, as if the server get the input data in hiccup.

I would suggest you to check the keyboard connection.

Then open the game, go in the option and enable replays. If it happens again, get into the game folder, open the "replays" folder and uploade the one from the battle where it happened to:

http://wotreplays.eu/

Them share with us the replay link.

In this way is possible to check the connection indicator (in the video it appears as black, while it should be green or red). I have the feeling it can be a connection issue, in particular packet loss. This was we can check. :)

Check also if your network card driver can be updated.

Hi,

I have also sent a ticket to WG, I both done changing keyboard USB port and followed below instructions.

And problem has been solved.

Thank you very much for your time, much appreciated.

Please, clear all content of both "res_mods" and "mods" catalogues (you can find them at main game folder) and create an empty folder named "1.6.1.4" at both of them (number of current patch).

Then, reset game settings and cache- you can learn, how to do it from here:

https://eu.wargaming.../article/10218/

And run an Integrity Check:
https://eu.wargaming.../article/23175/

After all this done, reboot your PC and check if game works properly.
