These are pretty nice mini-events with pretty nice rewards. My favorite rewards from previous missions were the National and Universal blueprint fragments and the T14. Now we can get the Scorpion. Would definitely consider it worth more than the stinky marathon.

Should have read the announcement thread tbh, to get the scorpion isn't all that much easier than the marathon if it's even easier at all.
It certainly isn't as easy as it was to get the T14.

We are hoping the 10 tokens for Let it Snow is a typo and you get 100 otherwise it's a lot more grindy than the previous ones.

It's either a typo or Reindeer Missions can be completed once per day but on each tier. Otherwise it would be impossible to complete because you need ~80 tokens per day to get the final reward.
Is it grindy? More than previous tank rewards which were just freebies. You have to play 9-10 battles per day in tier VIII, IX and X (if you have reward tanks) or 14 battles per day (reward tank mission replaced by tier VII mission). But compared to previous mission you don't have to be in top 3 or 5 which can be a challenge for average players.
Is that much for a tier 7 TD, 7 days of premium, 500k credits worth of consumables and 700k credits worth of equipment? I don't think so and for f2p players this is a better opportunity than trying to get M54 from the marathon. M56 won't carry many games but if your objective is to make credits - it's quite decent.

Every day for 14 days.
The last one you could max out the tokens in a handful of battles if you got lucky. You got 100 tokens a day just for playing one battle.
[added]OK, apparently it's 10 battles in tier II or higher. etc. Which makes it more in line with earlier episodes.

The last one you could max out the tokens in a handful of battles if you got lucky. You got 100 tokens a day just for playing one battle.
Then skip lower tiers. Doing tier 8-10 (if you have one of the reward tanks) or tier 7-10 (no reward tanks) is enough. You can even skip tier 7 mission from Monday to Friday (so only 9 battles per day) and get missing tokens during weekend.
I think it's worth it, especially if are f2p player.

I'm not disputing that, it just seems odd to have ramped up the requirements so much. The last one I had done by halfway through without even trying.
This one I won't even try because it's either no life for half the month or no life for the whole month.
For a tank I can buy for a touch over twelve quid right now.

It really is not that hard to get this one. To complete 80 daily points you need to do, at least, 9 battles per day if you have the tanks for it.
If not, 5 extra battles in tier 7 for the 10 points missed from the reward tank's mission.

Yep, it turns out the mission description on the portal is a tad misleading and it's tier n or higher, so ten battles in a tier X completes all the reindeer missions.
At last it makes sense.

Turned out to be much simpler, so I'm not really sure what the logic behind it, is.
I mean, if you don't have the tiers to play top missions, you'll never get the main prize. Is it really just for the memes with the reindeer names?

seems like a bad joke. So: in order to get 5 garage slots(I'm not interested in that t7 [edited]), you need to play... 22 days for 80 points/day. Ok, 21.25. You'd end on the 23rd.
WG is nice enough to give us a free pass on Christmas days provided we don't miss any other day for 1.5h. For... 5 garage slots. This has to be the joke of the year =)))))))))))

Those abstract 80 daily points are the bare minimum daily figure that:
a) allows you to get the 1800 total
b) let's you keep doing the exact same missions every day, without the need to adjust anything.
The maximum you can get, daily, is 140 points, and doing that you can miss plenty days, considering you can get there in just 13 days, on an event that runs for 24.
The only joke here is your inability to run simple math.
