In-game store problem

I have problems in-game store. I can't buy anything because i can't get in the store at all. There is red exclamation mark next to store button. I have reinstalled the game and that doesn't work.

What to do?

Do you use any mods? Try booting up in safe mode if you do.

No i don't use any mods. I try that safe mode... i forgot that. :)

Safe mode doesn't help. Same problem still going.

No idea, if you hover over the ! Will it give you any details? You having any issues getting into games or using the wargaming website?

No details and no issues getting into games and using WG websites. 

Maybe this is WG way to say no shop for u...:D

Hmmm yeah tis a weird one, is that finland you are playing in? They haven't banned anything that wargaming are selling in the store have they? Not that loot boxes are being sold yet or anything.

Yes i play from Finland and i don't think so they are banned anything. Lootboxes what i have bought is worked just fine.

Are you, by any chance, using a Mac for World of Tanks?

 

Also, try doing a file integrity check through the launcher.

You're computer is blocking the connection. So the store won;t load. Review your firewall settings.

This. Anything related to CW page, store page or any info the client needs from the portal is run via those. If they get blocked you won't see anything.

 

As there was several topics about false reports when they started to use them from virus programs etc blocking them.
