Just lost around 20 k exp on my e 50. I had a win, got the xp with booster, used the x3 premium account thingy. Bought the top gun, mounted it, bought ammo for it. After i managed to relog, i have the small gun and missing my big win XP before the crash.
TY WG ! Professional stuff! I even got the replay because i save them all , will support fix this for me?

Before the crash some of my "good" boosters were running. Will i get this back too (automatically) or do i have to molest the support?

I respect you guys for all the work you do. Sometimes "server down" is just happen and is very frustrated for some players, cause you have maybe the "battle of your life" in that precise moment etc, but this is happen in every online game, the "server down" things. I appreciate when we play "advance" and "server down" happen, we receive few more rocks for the fort.

sorry, I wasn't waiting, caught in the twlight zone, between 2 servers that didn't want me in and a game management that grossly disrespects the player base,
after 2 days of disconnects, as like none in wg expected a sudden rush of players, because wot a new game, 2 months old...
WARTHUNDER servers were up and running (and I used times ago to have my status on messesnger like "I'm on wot eu1 server", now... I don't)

Server problems in WoT have been here for quite a while,its nothing new.
By the way, still waiting for an apology from posters like Homer and others that were always hinting that it was us that were making stuff up...
I know its not going to happen, but it would be nice.

Not everyone can play 24/7, so time when you can play is valuable to us. Nice if the servers are up then.

Who cares about compensation?
It would be much more valuable to list possible server problems in the game launcher. Just for information!
A lot of people are preparing for first prime time advances. After a server crash it is not possible to change the server to EU1 due to overload and when EU2 is restarted and available until second clan advances is only 20-30 minutes left. In general, the downtime for clans is more than hour or form 20:50 - 22.00.
Is it possible that today on first prime time will happen the same as last two days?

Agree, since paying customers have no advantage over f2p accessing the game, the least they can do is compensate us for the problems.

It's normal for some confusion to be generated by server problems, people are affected differently in different moments by lag etc. Don't take it too personal.

The server crash was very unfortunate and we are sorry to hear you were troubled. However we are investigating and working to fix all the causes for the technical issues and, while there most likely won't be compensations, we will make sure to gather all the necessary information to correct any failed expense of game currency from everyone affected.
