Look, I know I'm not super duper player, that is not the point. You have damn replay attached...

 

This EBR [editied] has to be Nerfed, its damn ridiculous, driving 150 kmh, can't miss from 100+ meters, can't get hit due to instantaneous change of direction, then hits a rock while driving 150 km/h, gets knocked back and into the air 10 kilometers high, lands on the wheels, continues to drive like nothing happened...

 

What am I supposed to do as normal light tank, how can I match that crap...obviously I can do much better than I did, but I just lost will to play, did not wanted to move, what is the point.

This [edited] does not belong in World of Tanks, but if you gonna have it, then fking Nerf it, it's stupid and is ruining the game...

Yes, they're really frustrating and frankly I wish they weren't added myself. However, what you described isn't 100% Accurate. No, they don't drive 150km/h, the fastest is the EBR 105 At 105km/h in rapid mode (IIRC, I don't know and tanks.gg to my knowledge only shows it in cruise mode or whatever). They can absolutely miss, they just have very good softstats considering how hard it would be to hit something while moving above 70-80km/h. The instant direction change I think is only really in cruise mode, where they're a tad slower anyway (though I understand it's still frustrating).

 

The worst part to me is still just the wheels, and the lack of assistance for damaging them. Yesterday I hit an EBR 75 In the wheels four times (of course, I had hoped to damage him y'know, but 300m+ shots with Super Hellcat, hitting him is good enough I guess), damaging 3 Wheels. I basically killed him as a result of that, he couldn't move at all to deal with the LTTB Who rushed into his face, and yet I got nothing for it.

I find that it's the player-base which is ruining the game, not any particular tank.

Try playing them, then you'll realise that your description of their abilities is, at best, hyperbole, at worst, fiction.

And if they do, something else takes its place as something that has to be nerfed and ruins the game. As there is something new that does it each year. Heck even when I joined, French clip guns was the thing that would ruin it for everyone.

 

Do they ruin it? Tbh, not really. As they are too situational to dominate every game. Unlike say an enemy team with 3x M44's.

It hits on the move often. But not even 30% of the time. Try one yourself and you will notice that it's more useless then dominant. As if it was that broken, everyone would have 8 kills pr game and a 70% WR in them.

Because the ground clearance on the tank is fairly large. And the wheels go far forward and backward on the tank. Thus there is not always armor behind the wheel for you to damage. It's not complicated. Thus you have to aim higher at long range to reduce the effect of it. As this is not limited to EBR's alone on the wheels or skirts. As explained here...

the wheelchairs are a joke, you just know something is flat out crap for the game when it surpasses arta for being moaned about

The only wheelchair i have is the EBR formula 1 from marathon which i play sometimes in frontlines.Two things are broken with it.

 

1) The hitbox and their magical wheels absorbing shells like magnet.

2) The autoaim is so precise on the move that feels like cheating.

 

I think WG should limit vehicle numbers by class in randoms.

 

 max 1 arty (everyone who has played this game including clickers would agree)

 max 3 TDs (someone has to push the offense.Nothing like trying to advance when bushw@ers stay with binocs ready in thier TD)

 max 2-3 LTs (less yoloing,more spots for the player, not mario kart battles)

1 Weelchair (for reasons that will be mentioned in this topic )

Out spot them, wait for your team to shoot it. If it gets to a point where you can go fight 1 on 1 then T54ltwt is one of the best lights to do it in as you've got the armour to negate his HE shell advantage and you have the better DPM.

Sorry they have zero clue for example the poster above stating hit the EBR with a T95 the shell size and velocity would obliteterate the EBR but hey this is a game so, so be it that does not happen but it would not just destroy the wheels making it imobile it would also nock the tank flying. WV firing to eneable them to fire and hit at high speed sounds great but wargamming yet again totally forget that the other tanks have to hit that high speed object and most tanks can not turn and rotate turret anywhere near as fast as a WV can circle them. The jumps they can do as well is mind blowing especially when an actual tank can be destroyed going off a small ridge yet these things fly off the ridge and land with a bounce.

EBR is the brain fart of some executive at WG, hard to get rid of it

 

a pretty solution to this annoyance would be to make ANY hit that connect to cause damage + wheel loss (simultaneously, for any hit), nobody would complain about them anymore

Is this change also to be applied at spaced armor or any tank that gets hit on any wheel?

 That i can very much agree with, hit the wheels? There should be more of a penalty in the reduction of speed. ie the wheelies have to burn a repair kit/more chance when slowed down get a penetrating hit because they are easier to hit. Ie there’s more risk.

2, the enhanced auto-aim should be taken out.

For the bots that complain about this tanks I suggest 1 thing play them for like 300 500 battles and then come back and comment. This tanks have:

- the lowest view range of all lights

- the lowest hp on all light tanks

- probably the lowest dpm of all light tanks.. I did not check but I know they reload very very slow

- to play on city maps too.. where ur speed is not helping you at all..

- they get stuck easy on rocks or building corners

- they get rammed very easy by other lights

- u get crashed because u hit an invisible rock and u flip

I can continue but what's the point....
