Screw it, I feel like there is a very little difference in accuracy  between guns like 0.3 and 0.38 or 0.46 dispersion on 100 metres is practicaly the same....
Another thing is dying..... uselessly dying ..... like, no one seems to deal with the problem, so you jump in expecting at least  some cover from friendlies around, but no.... in best I end up encircled and slowly destroyed..... another thing.... In chat or minimap I get quite often send on a specific place where I die by well, a lot of guns so ppl can fire one shot and then force someone else to "spot" the place.....
Im wasting a serious load of batles like this... Then, I get nervous, which sometimes end in a chat ban.... And there is also spreading PM harrasement from players destroyed by me, or teamates that feel like I was the only one to blame for the loss of our team....

Yeah I know , Im probably the only problem around and should, as we  say in our country throw a knot.

I switched all comms off 6 months ago when I started playing

Serious players can do clan stuff, platoon stuff and Tier9 and Tier 10 so moaners are irrelevant

that's because there isn't, add into the mix soft stats, RNG, and RASHA aiming. the stats meaningless

If you feel like accuracy is a useless statistic: try the tier x Chinese light tank. Also keep in mind that the accuracy stat influences your effective aim time. If you turn your tank with an accurate gun and shoot after 2 seconds of aiming, you would have to aim for maybe 3 seconds with an inaccurate gun to have the same reticle size.

That's because there is hardly any difference. 

0.3 gun hits a circle with a 0.6m diameter at 100m.

0.46 gun hits a circle with 0.92m diameter at 100m.

Tiger I is 3m high  so at 100m it's quite hard to miss it even with the "inaccurate" gun.

RNG aside, more so than not, at 100m fully aimed there is not much of a difference. But at 500m you notice a fairly large difference if you fire a few shots. As then the gap is a fair bit bigger between those 3.
