With real money : 57,95€ and you got rewarded with 5000 Gold (2500 Gold cost : 9.95€ --> *2 =  19,9€  so you got the tank around 38,5€

With ingame gold : 11000 Gold --> ( 10000 Gold = 35.79€ + 1000 Gold = 4,25€ --> 40.04€

I will still pass on that one

"Star Wars Battlefront II showed how gamers react when microtransactions overstep the mark; there was a massive player backlash because progress through the game was all but impossible without extra payments on top of the purchase costs.
The backlash resulted in the developer, EA, having to re-think its approach to microtransactions ahead of the game’s global launch.

It will be in the loot boxes.

In my opinion yesterday's offer of Centurion 5/1 for ~26€ / 7300 gold wasn't a bad offer. Luckily, I really wanted that tank, not some other more expensive stuff. I will buy some more lootboxes and I think the WoT holiday season will be maxed for me.

Happy that you finally got your Cent:) How do you like it?

I didn't have so much time to play it, but it is definitely one of the best premium tanks I own. I really like the standard Centurions too, but the extra armour on the UFP is a very nice addition. Not to mention the appearance of it. It is so much better than the STA-2 or Lansen C gameplay-wise. Similar to FV4202 (what a surprise) but much tougher. The only thing I would change is the price of the standard ammo. I think it is way too expensive compared to the damage it makes. Anyway, I like the tank itself, I think it was worth to buy it for 7300 gold.

How is this relevant?

You can "progress through" WoT without spending a penny, though I would question what you are progressing to.

One of the best premiums out there.

It really performed well in frontline for me.

Credit potential is ok but not godlike.

I like it :playing:

This this tank have some workable armor on its turret or hull? I mean, is there any reason to bother with this instead of getting a Lorraine? Genuine question, the Sam does look like a tank with the potential for fun and strong firepower.

When it came I was told that it had a solid hull but paper turret. I have since then shot them plenty on their turrets and can say that the paper was a lie.

I want one but I'll only buy it heavily discounted as I don't really have any use for it.

Ya it looks like it could be fun with that A-L and mag damage potential. If it has a little bit of armor, then that's even better. It's a tiny little turret though so it's not like it's going to be the easiest shot in the WoT from mid or long range if it's just poking a ridge or ruble etc. Just glancing at it on tanks.gg and it seems to load it's mag in the same amount of time as the Lor but has one extra shell more than the Lor and what looks like better gun handling which is interesting. Ya I'll probably wait for a summer sale or discount too, it's not like I'm in desperate need of it right now.

When those who think that they have Lorr 40 in front of them are shooting at the upper plate with autoaim, You are quite happy. ;)

In all the other cases You should not try to rely on it's armour. ;)

Lorr is faster, has better camo, but has 4 shells instead of 5. And they both are reloading in the same amount of time.

Decisions... decisions....

Not only the turret have places as thick as 200-210mm, but there is also the bug, still unfixed, that doesn't allows you to aim at the cupola of the tank.

Another day, another rip off.

I would like this tank, but NOT AT THESE RIP OFF PRICES!!!!

Also have you noticed that they ain't selling xmas loot boxes yet, so that people can't accumulate gold from them to pay for advent calendar tanks.

Yet again #WalletClosed

advemt calndar almost 1/2 way through and what do we got?

Well, maybe you got nothing, but a lot of players were waiting impatiently for the tanks that have come out with the Calendar these last days. :) Nowhere does it say that you won't find something you might like on the next days!

So far not a single special sale offer. And seems there wont be any. Wanted SM but not for full (in this case huge) price. Really what is the point to buy tanks for gold (for full price) when we know that soon there will be boxes. If you want to run advent calendar this way then start it same time as boxes.

As I wrote some days ago already, the point of the Advent Calendar is to give you the uncommon possibility to buy tanks for gold. If you want a discount/need an alternative solution, we have set up the bundle. Consider also that you can spend the excessive gold that you have now to recover it soon, so you won't run out for any future purpose you might want to invest it in.

Well if they are so close to each other and you like this type of vehicle / gameplay, buying them both is not a bad advice. Sometimes I feel like playing in a certain way, I set 2-3 vehicles with similar stats and play-style and I bounce between them for a long string of games. It's nice to have a plan B when you want to play a tank, lose it in battle and don't really feel like changing much for the next game.

Yes exactly i was a bit disappointed from Primo its still a good tank, but RAAC is much more enjoyable than Primo. Think Lansen is the only premium that interests me from all others, so if its on a sale i will maybe go for it. But mostly i am waiting for boxes:)

ZERO Russian tanks so far in the Calendar! Almost like WG knows how OP they are and they don't want to sell them for gold :D It's so funny to me.

Last year in the Advent Calendar, if we don't count tier 6&7 tanks we had 16 tier 8 offers and only ONE tier 8 Russian tank - STG Guard!
On the Festival Fair 2019 we had 20 tier 8 offers and we had only TWO Russian tanks - KV-5 and LT-432(which was a surprise)

Meanwhile we have a bunch of offers with mostly underpowered German, British or French tanks, just look at current Advent Calendar's 8 offers:
U.K.- 3
Germany- 2
France- 2
China- 1

Some of them are ok tanks but still, nations of tanks that are on sale every time need to be rebalanced! Or just rebalance tanks, maybe, Wargaming? ;)

An unusual French tank makes an appearance in the Advent Calendar.

Great tank, i have around 5k gold, i would need another 6k, still waiting on getting 500 gold back from you for the 2 unused frontline boosters.

I could buy 5500 gold, but it would be not enough for it.

If it had been on discount, like it was during Cyber Monday 2018, or just a slight discount to 10k gold, i'd have bought some gold and gotten the tank .... but i won't.

The armor is «ok», as long as you play it like it has none. More reliable vs lower tiers ofc. Compared to the amx 50 100 you trade 1 extra shell for armor that can bounce.
I enjoyed both those tanks, but I do like the added armor a lot. I love the Somua, one of my favorite T8 tanks since I started playing it :)

I have the Lansen with the viking skin and it looks very bad@ss, I think that is the best-looking tank in the game. It has a very strong engine, acceleration is similar to light tanks, damage is high, gun depression is more than enough. Two things kill the enjoyment for me: lack of turret armour and the horrible gun handling. It is as trollish as a Japanese or Soviet derp gun. These main factors are much better in the case of Centurion so I think that is a more effective and more enjoyable tank than Lansen.
