What happens with the National Blueprints when you receive them if they're for a tech tree that already is fully researched?

You get many blueprints. You can research a tier x tank for free. And buy it on discount.

The credits bonus is very hard to get now

I'm still debating whether I'm going to spend money this Christmas since I've still got 40K+ gold from last year for which WG has given me very little chance to (usefully) spend this year.

The amount of blueprints we can get, especially the national ones, makes me ¥¥£t. Too bad I have no use of some of them, for example Italian or Polish line.

 

The camo for Japanese tanks looks nice!

It´s a very interesting question: There is no compensation and national blueprints will not turn into universal ones, FYI.

Seems like discount bonus on purchasing 1 vehicle at every tier was replaced by discount in xp to research.

1:1 ration right ? Because national ones are 60 we get 60 universals instead right ?

Are you sure? Because I have lots of Czech national blueprints just rotting there because I had already researched the whole line before receiving them.

Also not sure about how exactly to max those bonuses (up to 50%)? As i understand it will work different compare with last year. Will there be any option to max lets say creds first by buying dedicated loot boxes?

 

 

 

Credit bonuses mostly apply to previous and current Christmas Collections, the more you complete, the higher your bonus is. Buying Big Boxes earlier will let you complete said collections earlier, meaning you will have the credit boost active for a longer period of time.

Which is much better imo, you get to skip tanks you don't like or research almost entire line, you have to pay 6mln credits for tier X yeah, but you don't spend any credits on previous tiers which in the end gives you bigger credit discount on the tank you're going for.

 

But wait, there's no way to get XP, crew XP and free XP bonuses on premium tanks? This is a big disappointment, since you could grind credits and crew, plus some free XP and tank XP you could later convert with gold into free XP, all at the same time, that was the best part. And now it's gone, and additionally you have to play regular light tank to get free XP bonus, and only get crew XP bonus in TD's and arty.

Discount to 2-10 tiers tanks gone ... thats not ok

 

and only 11 missions,  good enough for completing previous years collections  ... again , no chances complete this years for free
