Changing the crew system from having individual crew members to having only the entire crew summarized in one commander would for sure trigger not only me.

 

I like the personalized crew approach, the faces, the names, individual skills etc. . It's much more vivid than the steril placeholder approach with only the commander. Crew management is actually a game within the game. 

 

I have no idea how someone in his right mind would change something diversified & gameplay enriching into something dull, simple and boring.

What is supposed to be the "game within a game" the fact that half the skills are useless ?Or that you get repairs/ certain perks like sixth sense/BiA in every tank?
