Your sixth sense doesn't work if commander is dead. Cheers!

Correct! This counts for almost all perks/skills. If your crewmember is wounded, the perks/skill linked to that crewmember stop working (or in the case of shared skills, like firefighting repair & camo they become less effective)

The only exception I know is the Mentor skill (the bonus XP one for your crew), that one works whether commander is dead or not.

Edit: as pointed out by Pansenman below BiA is not affected by wounded/dead crew either. Just needs to have it trained on all crew to 100% to work.

Yes, having a dead commander means no 6th sense and this has lead to some players believing they were killed by hax or some cheating by the enemy player whereby they were killed without a 6th sense warning but of course, all that happened was their commander was dead and so when they were spotted and killed, of course there would have been no 6th sense warning.

Another factor is that dead crew don't get as much training I believe. So the xp you get from the battle result doesn't entirely benefit any of your crew that were dead when the battle ends. I'm not entirely sure what the % is, but it's definitely worth keeping in mind. I was unaware of this years ago and used to celebrate a win by driving into a lake or off a cliff for lols but of course I have since stopped once I found out!! :D

It is outrageous that corpses get less experience than the living

I shall write to the newspapers about this

They did try a system where they replaced the 6th sense light bulb with a crystal ball so as to talk to the dead commander, but they soon found out that it took to long to do the incantation for the crystal ball and by that time non of your crew members needed it as they where all dead, sipping cheap Vodka in Hades :)

I found out a "new" thing the other day too, you can't shoot whilst underwater, I've never had the need to so didnt realise you couldn't until I needed to!

Well about  I once experienced this:

I managed to flank enemy jgpze100 in my e75 my whole gun was inside of jagero at side and was pressing the mouse and it said"unable to fire". It's truth we were on land it was strange for me but happend once only years ago.

This has happened to me too on occasion, when I have had too much to drink.

That should be a new crew skill, or a quirk of a new tank line.. amphibious vehicles?

Taught this knowledge to an IS-3A.

Sshhh, no more pain, no more tears. Only dreams now, sleep eternal beneath the waves.
