How is it a thing in this game that you gain a lot less exp when u loose a game. I mean it doesnt matter if i loose or win i still did the same amount of damage or spot damage e.c. I just could cry if you loose for the 6 time cause of retarded team mates and gain like 400 exp for a game i would gain 4000 exp in case of a victory.

Well, I suppose if there weren't any consequences for losing then people wouldn't try to win or bother as much, cause really what's the point if you don't gain anything from it?
Instead people would probably just try to farm dmg and do things for themself throwing away the battle for their own gains.

So they take like 90% of the exp i think like giving me at least half of the exp would be fair

Considering the ongoing x5 XP missions, plus the daily bonus and possibly reserves, winning an average battle actually nets 4k+ easily, while defeats don't.

That said, I am of the opinion wins should be rewarded vs losses.

I'm sorry for being blunt here, but you're it for whatever team you're in. Your teams get better chances to win when you are no longer able to play.

You're lucky, then. They actually take 50% off the losing team and add it to the winning team, exactly what you'd consider to be "fair". Case closed?

Yeah, exactly.
If already some are doing it, think of how many will do it if there literally is almost no point in winning other than a fancier match result picture or missions.

Losers don't get rewarded, this is as it should be. If you want the rewards then win more.

Winning by itself only grants a 50% XP bonus. The more significant factor is team performance: if your team looses 15:14 you get a lot more XP than if you loose 15:0 with the same personal performance. Which is one reason why cap-rush victories are extremely bad for XP.
