Again, WG, again.

Really?

This si the 22nd time i lose Personal Reserves, how?

Easy,. they do a "Scheduled Maintenance" that isnt scheduled and the servers are down, for 45 minutes up to 1 hour and half.

I check the Support page (https://eu.wargaming...t/products/wot/) every damn time i play.

Like today, no Micro patch scheduled. I launch the game, laucnhe the Personal Reserves.

Play a couple of battles, than i am disconnected. Change server, nope, aldo unavailable.

Until today i have lost many Personal Reserves. And liek today those that are so important, like 2h 100% XP, 2h 300% crew xp and 2h 50% credits.

Some of these have been bought, with gold (in the Store inside the game) or with real money.

I have already written 4 times to the Support, asking for refund or for a fix.

Do you think is so incredibly hard to put a damn ALERT on the UI? A message that alerts that in less than X hours the servers will be down for maintenance?

The Customer Service is deaf, they gave me just the standard prewritten answer.

I am pissed off of this actitude.

I am a paying customer and the game/service isnt working, without any advice.

I would love to have a direct conversation with someone, to understand what are the directives they have.

Ok, joke, it would be useless.

Just stop us (i think iam not the only one with this problem) from activating precious Personal Reserves.

Or stop the countdown of the Personal Reserves during this (supposed) Scheduled Maintenance.

Rod

Ahahahah.

After 30 minutes, the servers are running.

First battle, 8 of tmy team had my same problem, cant control the tank.

Just the hull, not the turret.

Restarted the game 3 times, at the last in Safe mode, worked.

All the team was wiped out, and have been raped.

Nice job WG, i hope this FIX could have saved at least one life.

OMG, guys.

Glad I missed that.

You could have tried driving a turretless TD though. :D

I get that same problem if I dc at the start of a battle, when I get back in I can turn the turret and shoot but not aim or move the tank.  There is always a whirling cog stating loading interface too.   Also got hit with the "scheduled" maintenance this morning and lost boosters whilst waiting for an update and server reconnect, no mention anywhere in support.

"Scheduled maintenance" is scheduled for them, not us mate.

I won't blame you tho, but they got to update the game after all, soon or late. But they also can update or "maintenance" the game at the early morning hours too!.

They did. But the issue is that it is in the notification center. Not many people check those tabs between battles, even with the red number down there. As that could also mean unchecked battle results.

And yes WG EU have always had issues with communications in different areas. As planned server downtimes are not posted in the most commonly checked areas, inc the news section on the portal as it should be IMO. And how did we know there was one coming? Well, WOT blog sites like TAP posted it. As they got it via WOT Asia, that do post patch notes and downtimes on their news sections.

So my advice atm... Don't check EU's site. It's useless. Check the blogs or the announcement section on the WOT Asia page. If there is a micropatch coming. They will know. As 90% of the time they are applied to all servers at the same time.

Thing is... the fixes they had fixed are based on other angry paying customers, like the 703 HUD issue or the platoon invite issue. You can't please everyone at the same time.... tho you can communicate to get less upset about it.
