Hi all.

Since that micropatch came out a few days ago i started having problems with the game. My ping is constantly jumping "in red" and obviously when that happens you cannot drive properly, you cannot shoot properly, you cannot do anything actually.
I already sent 2 tickets to tech. support but so far it was hopeless bcs not a single one has been answered.

My internet connection is not the issue, i'm playing other games online and they all work good. My PC is also not the cause, my hardware is more than adequate to run this game.

Is anyone else having these kind of problems? Do you have any ideas what to do? Is there a cure for this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Download pingplotter

if you use EU1 point it at login.p1.worldoftanks.eu

if you use EU2 point it at login.p2.worldoftanks.eu

Let it run while you play a few battles.

Save the trace as an image and post it up here.

Played for 20ish minutes and the lags were so bad i instantly got killed, tank was uncontrolable. Other people in game were reporting the same.

That amount of packetloss is impressive, if anything.

I've never seen a trace with one hop to the server.

Are you actually sitting in Wargaming's datacentre while playing?

My friends, if you cannot help me then you are not obliged to say anything. Game is unplayable right now, lags are so bad that even trying is pointless.

I asked the technical support, the answer was useless as always. Funny thing is, i was playing the game normaly up until that micropatch few days ago. After that it all went bad. I dunno what is the cause but i do know that i spent a big chunk of my money for nothing since i cannot play the damn game.

Give me a proper pingplotter trace and I might be able to help.  The one you posted is useless.

Go into the settings and untick the box which says start traces as final hop only.

Thanks.

Hi all, since I have the same problem as OP, I wont be starting a new topic. This is urgent, the games has been unplayable for me since 2 weeks or so, basically lags, freezes and crashes. Is there a way to fix this? I dont want to quit the game but if the problem persists I consider quitting for good this time. Please help if you can, here is my trace
