If you have a big tank with a big engine, you can do what you like, push who you like out of any position you like......no penalty, no comeback.

In the old days you could balance the books by putting one into them......its not perfect but there was some redress.

Not any more, bully boys rule the roost.

Save replays.

When this happens to you, put forth a ticket to WG. I have had to do it on a few occasions since the change, and it has always been swift and effective.

You know, what you want the team damage to be brought back for actually happens to be the main reason why it was removed.

The sad thing about this, is that removing the team damage though has just made them think of other ways of annoying people.

It hasnt solved the problem just moved it along to pushing.

Wg have a track record of these half arsed solutions to problems. They usually pick the lazy way.

Wg will not go back to teamdamage. They focus on rewarding all playstyles (it reads m0r0ns).

I stopped grinding the FV4005 becouse of that.

Removing teamdamage was one of the best things happened to Wot in years. I hope this will never change back. GG WG!

If they bring back team damage I will legit quit, for real. I can't handle that kind of frustration anymore.

NEVER, EVER.   NEVER BRING IT BACK.   EVER.

So how are they ''annoying people'' now? I got blocked two times since the removal of team damage and both times the players were banned, I also saw only few times other people (teammates or enemies) getting blocked. Other than that there simply has been no ''annoying'' things done by anyone. What kind are you talking about then if I'm for some reason not noticing it? Or was this some pointless remark to complain about WG?

Things have hugely improved since team damage was removed, helped also by the anonymizer. The toxicity in battles has come down greatly.

To be honest, I kind of agree with OP. When ever I see a japanese heaviy in our team, I choose a different location. I have whitnessed many times their pushing and blocking my team mates and me. But, then again, it might be because I have low stats. Bringing back the team damage would keep those dickheads aware. Just my two cents here

How many times have you actually reported anyone through the correct way when you have been blocked or pushed?

Yes, I thought this will come up. Answer is everytime. But, only with in-game reporting system. From now on, I will report as suggested above posts. I know it is waste of time to do it in-game but never actually thought it would more effective via customer center.

In game reporting has for ages been ineffective due to one thing; the players abused it so it had to be toned down. The reports through customer support are taken seriously, but of course not when reported correctly. You have to use the physics abuse section and include a replay. Also take an objective look at the replay to see if it was purely accidental. They can choose not to do anything, and frankly it's correct, if you are provoking a reaction or you do the same yourself. In the latter case we have seen some people come to the forums to complain that they got banned too after reporting, resulting in both parties getting banned. So yeah, CS ticket reporting works very well and you should report through it.

If something is genuinely worth wasting your time (vs just pressing battle again) to the point that you create a ticket, CS always take it seriously from what I have seen. There are many things they can't help with, but abuse of physics is one thing that they still have full control over banning.

However, as Lethal suggests above, check your replays.....if you submit one where you also break the rules, you can of course expect similar consequences. even if your defence is "I was only reacting to their idiotic behaviour your Honour".

I actually found they always did, to the point of giving both myself and the reported player a ban well before they took team damage away. Can't fault them for any of the reports I've made on the abuse of physics or rigging reports that I've ever submitted (my ban included....that was fair too)
