[URGENT] (repost) Account Problems

First of all,i want a mod to close this topic; http://forum.worldof...count-problems/

I am reposting because the old one is pretty much dead,nobody answers.

So my clanmate has problems with his account,and its just account-tied. It takes around 1-2min to load out of a battle (Exiting Battle,Synchronizing Dossier).

He bought a whole new PC so its not about the HDD or SSD in his case.

Before buying he reinstalled and cleared cache.

He tried his alternative account,which has no problems at all.

He gone to another country and tried there, Main account is broken,alt is fine.

So its pretty much account tied because the other account is working fine, internet speed around 150mb/s (correct me if its Mb or MB)

He told me that hes got 101 tanks, around 300 small repair kits and 100 of every other small and big repair and medical packs.

Around 20 of every food 

around 400 crew members, 70 in barracks.

I have seen maybe half a dozen similar cases.  As far as I know it is being looked into by some specialists.

 

Nothing your friend can do but wait for a resolution.

I assume your friend raised a ticket.  I see that other case was resolved by clearing the blacklist but it may be that something also got done at Wargaming's end they didn't know about.

There are threads about it in the german section aswell and to be honest you can't play like that. Wargaming should pause the players premium time when they raise a ticket.

I know people have had premium refunded due to technical issues.  It probably depends on asking the right way though.

 

First step is to raise a ticket about the issue and persevere if it gets closed down.  If your ticket gets closed it isn't that they are trying to shut you up, it's just the way many helpdesks work and you need to work with it.

He did send a ticket,they did no help,they were like "we do not know what is wrong and we cannot help you further with that problem" so Im not sure what to do,but may be to way too much things in depot maybe?

He just came on TS3 and told me that he does not even have blacklist,its like it doesnt even exist on his account. Weird

Our CMs are aware of the issue aswell but...

So no help until WG goes on ragemode and fixes it? Because it would be a shame for a such account to die because of a bug :/

The sad thing is, there is nothing you can do. You can only try to courage as many as possible victims to create a ticket. Otherwise, we are waiting until the hell freezes over.

Yep and sometimes, that's a new method, they try to convince you to open all ports ;)

 

However, everyone must raise a ticket with this issue so that it climbs up in the to-do-list.

I hope they will... Im having my fingers crossed for a fix before he comes home from the vacation

 Of course not, it is Christmas even in Belarus and Cyprus. That's why we need as many people with open tickets, otherwise we will not be recognized with a high priority.

I know. Also, Wargaming behavior in such cases is just plain eastern style. I don't want to offend anyone over there but from my own experience the US and some japanese companies at least make u feel that they do care about you. Compared to Wargamings support that have no way to help you anyway since all devs are located far far away from the european playerbase.

Any update in your ticket? We got a german reply that they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
