Just played two games in my Pz IVA

Not a widely known tank, but its FTP and very effective

I only shot HE and came top in both games, both of which were wins

And it has a bad crew

56% wins in it so far, and it hasn't cost a penny

Who will win more often after 1000 confrontations between 2 equal skilled players, the payer or the non-payer?

The one who has paid for the most up to date OP tank in the game at the current time. Not hard to figure out that one is it?

The game has slight hints of pay to win in form of few premium tanks that are too good, but it certainly is nowhere near pay-to-win as a whole. The correct way to describe it is pay-to-progress-faster.

nope, not any more.

these times are long gone, pay to win isn't slight anymore
