WG what were you thinking when you intrudced this crazy idea no punishment for team killing , if you shoot your own team or annoy other team players or push players out from cover to be killed by the enemy team you have to be penalised, i ve lost count of the times i ve seen my team members  pushed out from cover and killed by the enemy team, its happend to me several times i have had games where i ve constantly been harassed by a team player for whatever reason, and you get players constantly harrassing thier own team because there is now NO CONSEQUENCE . iF YOU SHOOT A TEAM PLAYER AT LEAST BRING IN A 3X AND YOU GET A 7 DAY BAN. YOU SHOULD ALSO GET A SEVERE BAN FOR PUSHING OUT A PLAYER A FROM COVER AND SAID PLAYER GETS KILLED BY THE ENEMY TEAM , REPORT OFFENDING PLAYER SO HE/SHE GETS DEALT WITH, WG please sort this out in your next patch update .. The standard of game play has drop massivley you seem to be favouring these idiots im sure the rest of us dedicated long term players feel the same ......Kind Regards CiderPete of TSGUN ... oh one more thing 5 second spotting rule REALLY bin that garbage too thank you

It happens rarely. If you're finding it happens to you frequently you should probably stop and think why that might be because the problem is likely you.

Getting pushed out in front of the enemies' line of fire deliberately is against the game rules. I suggest you reporting that user using the in-battle reporting feature, alternatively sending a replay to customer support: https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/

This...

It's not nice when it happens but it's incredibly rare. If it's happening a lot than I imagine you are doing something that is antagonising other players and causing them to feel you're more useful as a shield :child:

I rarely see it. So it makes me wonder what some do if they see it "every game".

That said. How do you suggest an automated system would monitor pushing vs taking damage? As by contact alone, it's just asking to be abused both ways to name one.

I'm constantly surprised by the level of toxicity in this game, Team Fortress was never as insane (and Insane is the correct word)

The only difference between these games seems to be the rewards that you can accrue if you win in WoT

Give the little monkey a few extra peanuts and bananas and you turn it into a raging selfish monster

WoT would make an intruiging case study about the manipulation of human psychology

Ya pretty much this. We will all encounter an genuine a-hole every odd battle and maybe they were just an a-hole for that particular battle, not their typical behavior, just caught them at a bad time or on a run of losses etc. But when it's most battles, then it becomes clear who the a-hole actually is. It's no coincidence that from 30 random players every battle, that most the time YOU are the one constantly getting into scraps with teammates... it's just gotta be you.

If you report it via a well written support ticket backed up with a replay then it will be dealt with.

If however you report reads like your forum post you can expect it to be ignored.  And if your replay shows you to have been breaking the rules as well then you can also expect a sanction.

When it happens to me it is usually a matter of "I stole their spot!" and of course its reserved for them and very important they have it.  I class it in with the rule that says the first to die has to scream at the entire team for being useless noobs.  I either shrug it off or quit playing for awhile.  (it also seems to happen more on the tanks xvm says I suck at and almost never on ones it says I'm good with)

Your first post on this forum is an unstructured rage post about something that happens quite rarely. You seem like the kind of player that shoots his own teammates when they block your view for 0.1 seconds.:D

Reminds me of a time on HMS Hermes, chef comes out of the galley - "anyone for seconds lads"? he enquires. "Ditch your own gash" was the mumbled retort :)

from my point of view its dropped off a real lot, it still happens but probably once in 100 battles or so.. It was very frequent for a few weeks after they introduced no dmg, but to give them their dues, the ones i reported were dealt with very quickly.

Is it used in England? It used to be quite a common word up here but I've not heard (or used the term) for quite some time now.

Yes indeed it has multiple meanings; another being a cut/wound however I'm more familiar with the term being used to describe when something isn't good and I guess thats what use the OP was intending
