Why do some WoT accounts that are empty have no registration date, while others have?

Possibly the very first accounts created internally by WG to start the database.

My guess is that those are accounts created by WG for various promotional or internal purposes.

E.g. press accounts, event accounts, testing accounts, etc.

Take the Arsenalen_Blitz1 to 12 accounts for example, they got no creation date and, afaik, no battles played either.

It would be fairly obvious that those were created for use in the Swedish museum with the same name.

I also tried to look up the stats for a press account used by Spiffing Brit for promotional purposes, but while the website recognises that the account exists, I can not view the stats for it (returns a 404 error).

So I am unable to see if there's a creation date associated with that account.

Or if I check it on a third party site, I get an empty account: https://wot-life.com...3012-565192140/
