Hey guys sometimes when i play i get abused when players get pissed when i dont do what they want. They make fun of my stats and. These kids call me noob bot and autist and block me. They also insult my family and wish me lethal diseases, call my mom names and show they are jealous noobs.

Why is their problem if i play my tank differently? Last week i had top gun so im not that bad. I would say im above average. I understand game mechanics and do my best every time but its just a game so im focused on having as much enjoy as i can from game and dont care about stats. Sadly i think most people only care about stats and others stats and forget that games are about enjoy and relax is more important, winner is second. Atleast in my opinion.

What is more important to you? What do u prefer? enjoy or winner?

I play for fun so i voted enjoy

Use anonymizer and stop caring what other people think. But always try your best and try to improve, it's a team game after all.

Fun is relative. I personally find winning most fun, especially when grasped out of defeats hands.

Time present and time past
Are both perhaps present in time future,
And time future contained in time past.
If all time is eternally present
All time is unredeemable.
What might have been is an abstraction
Remaining a perpetual possibility
Only in a world of speculation.
What might have been and what has been
Point to one end, which is always present.

People will always rage in chat, no matter what you do, or how you play. Either ignore them, or turn off chat.

Very much my first thought until you realise that this account has not been played on since 2017. I assume he has another. If he still belongs to the same clan, however, anything is possible.

I voted for enjoyment. Winning 15-2 in 3 minutes is NOT fun.

always go for the win ... if the win is out of reach then damage follows after that. this is the fun for me.

I love being the grumpy cat (rip buddy) denying an easy win.

Only (and only only) if i see a player reach 12 kills or so with a chuchill GC or similar awfultank, i might ease up and approach turret turned the opposite way.

It's just a game. one time long ago we had a fun game with him pushing me to his cap and i did squat and he let me cap and i'm like wtf. I think we had a psycho battle because we were both oneshots but he aimed me and could kill me at any given moment. But since i didn't, he let himself lose.

and yes, those last few seconds of the game really test you for what you are

90% of the raging will be noobs themselves anyway. Filter them out.

10% of the raging will be by the better players, of which <1% rage because they've given you advice/told you where to go to be most useful for the team and you ignore it, putting the team at a disadvantage and giving them more pressure to carry, majority of times the impossible carry.

I was at 41-43% WR when I had 10-15k battles. Play the game your way but learn from your mistakes and watch good players content out there to learn. I'd recommend Skill4ltu as a friendly and ultra skilled player to learn from. I know most people would say QB as he's the most popular but he's rather fake and only picks the best replays so you can't get a realistic sense of live gameplay when watching him (I'd add his rather fake and insincere too but let's not go too far into that). Lemmingrush is another decent player to learn from although I disagree with his light playstyle, he's more of a light-medium brawler than a classic light player to learn from. I do some teaching in game myself every so often but don't stream yet, planning to eventually.

TBH I couldn't give 2 monkeys what others say in chat...

Last night in CGC on a GB, some guy starts ranting about arty I replied 'artys not listening'.

I find that if you wish to reply make it funny, works for me.

Oh yes poll I play for fun other options I have is either play WoT or watch the drivel that wife watches on TV.

Since losing is not enjoyable or fun, for anyone, I'd say winning is the only correct answer to this poll to begin with.

I'm always surprised by 45%'ers saying they enjoy the game since losing is not fun, it's human nature. If you truly have more fun losing more matches then you win, why play an online competitive game?

So in addition to trolling and Dunning-Kruger it is even cowardice, how fancy is that.

I don't care about winning or losing, certainly losing is not fun especially when your team is so bad that you lose the game in a short time or because of the bad decisions of some players of your allied team.

In any case, if I lose a game with a good personal performance I am satisfied to have given my best respect to my bad allies.

All this obviously also depends on the vehicle I am playing and the personal expectation I have on that vehicle and its style of play..If I am playing with an obj 279e or my stb1 and I lose doing less than 3k damage I am absolutely not satisfied, therefore the my personal satisfaction is almost always related to my damage to enemy vehicles.

I think the trick is caring enough about the objective of the game that you feel satisfied that you've contributed to it's achievement but not caring so much that every little thing that doesn't go the way you'd like sends you into fits of rage.

I like to do well, but as I can play amazingly in some losing battles, every win- whether rubbish or incredible- helps to make up for the losses where I was awesome. :)
