What is "debil"?

"Team debil", "This [SerB] team debil" "is-7 debil" etc...

I know there is a swedish word spelled the same but in every instance that I've checked it's been said by eastern european players. There have to be some WoT specific meaning of the word since googling "debil" gets the swedish word but "debil wot" gets eastern european results.

Is it a secret codeword used by the cult of SerB?

Where "moron" = "debil".

Learned borrowing from Latin debilis (weak, frail, feeble).

If its a Swede or Norwegian than they are old, Im 36 and know of none that uses that word. But then again, it does fit pretty good seeing that it means moron.

As a Swede myself, I've never even heard of a word similar to that one.

Must be some ancient one from the 50's

Let's put this to rest in my mind. Is "debil" just retard in eastern european? Is there no more significance? They wrote a sentence in english but blanked on the final insult and reverted to their childhood language?

It's a Russian word meaning fool or idiot, nothing worse than that.

It's probably from the Latin debilis meaning weak.

We have debilitated in English
