As trade-in is active for 7 days, does anyone know or has a link to some stats about which premium tanks, available in the tech tree, are top credits earners?

Best credit earners are the ones with high damage or relatively cheap ammo price compared to damage they cause. For me the best earners are:

- T-34-3

- Strv S1 (thanks to the great pen)

- Lansen C

- KV-5

- Obj. 252U

- 50TP prototype

Not too much experience, but they also seem to be decent earners:

- 112

- WZ-120 1G FT

FV4202 and Centurion 5/1 are the worst earners, as they have low damage guns and very expensive ammo (compared to the low damage). In general I think you can say that the best earners are your most successful ones. For example I have read that Skorp G is the best moneymaker but somehow I can't make it work. So it depends also on your playstyle.

Maybe these videos might be useful:

Since vBaddict closed, I'm not sure where to find that kind of data. However, I can tell you which of my tanks earn the best:

T34 - 248mm of pen and 400 alpha. I don't know why, but it just seems to print credits even on a mediocre game.

TS-5 - For a non-turret TD it's actually quite good on pretty much any map. Has a good pen and good DPM coupled with sturdy frontal armor.

<insert any high pen high alpha TD here>

Now, I do not really recommend buying a T34 or Löwe as I'm aware that people seem to have trouble making them work for them but for me T34 is good when it's credits I need.

I like the rev, with cheap ammo and 390 alpha, prints credits.

And that's just it. Stats aside, it doesn't matter if it's a good earner if it's not close to your playstyle and you don't perform well in it etc. Personally I do best in the CDA 105, Progetto and ELC 90 or even the T26E4 still. The ELC 90 mostly because it costs nothing to repair, and the ammo costs are not high. As most rounds, you get more assistance then damage. Thus more end profit. Same with the T26E4, as the ammo costs are close to nothing, it tends to get more end profit.

Lowe is just a solid crew trainer for me. Even on good rounds the repairs and ammo costs tend to cut down on end game profi vs other options.

Sherman Revalorise is a very good choice. The gun handling is good, 10 gun dep, APCR as standard ammo, so your shells are very fast (easy to hit wheelchairs).
Revalorises ammo is almost as cheap as german long 88 rounds. Totally worth it. (Revalorise itself is also a cheaper option when compared to other tier 8 prems)

CDA 105 is also decent, but you will miss all shots if you attempt to shoot without fully aiming.

Strictly from the in-game tech tree premiums, these are the best for me:

1. Lowe

2. WZ-120-1G FT

3. T26E5 / PATRIOT

I love my M4 Revalorise to bits, too. But since I run it with coffee and I didn't like it nearly as much before that, I wouldn't call it a credit earner for me.

Balcora mentioned Super Pershing. It's my most played tank during last 1000 battles. I love it, good enough gun, preferential matchmaking and troll armor that sometimes bounces. I tend to have whopping games in it, but for some reason the earnings aren't even close to what some other tanks make with similar games. And I don't even fire that much premium shells even though some folk seem to recommend that.

Also... I'm currently at 84,77% so shhhhhhh let's not jinx it. Too late? We'll see.

Here's a link to an ace tanker from today. It somewhat shows at least some of the strong points of S.Pershing.

Balcora mentioned Super Pershing.

Basically what he said, make your choice accordingly with your playstyle. Super pershing is a reasonable vehicle, but is quite inflexible due mobility.

Lowe prints credits. 2k damage for 90k. It's also fun to play and the gun is fantastic.

The gun's great but I find the lack of mobility makes it tedious at times. Since getting the E 75 TS from a loot box I haven't looked twice at the Löwe. I'd trade it in but a combination of it being my first tier 8 premium and the possibility that it may get buffed in future puts enough doubt in my mind to hang on to it.

Firstly you need to be able to get to the enemy and if needed chase the game - so you want something that's pretty agile. Then you want something with a gun that doesn't need gold to pen T8/9 regularly or can flank. Then you want a decent amount of Alpha. So you can rule out Heavies and lights and concentrate on mobile TDs or Meds. I've only got a few in the garage and found that the Skorp probably earns the most for me

The ones with the cheap ammo and as much penetration value as possible.

But realistically speaking its the tanks you can play/enjoy the best.

Premium account + credit booster + clan credit booster + platoon 15% credit booster + ANY Tier 8 premium tank = MAX PROFIT.

What tank you use at this point is kinda irrelevant.

Well, trade-in only works for tech tree premiums so i would say :

- Revalorise (amazing gun)

- T26E4 (great armor, and even mobility after buff)

- Lowe (from what i hear)

- T34 B (i have it, i think it makes good creds, i don't recommend to anyone to buy it)

- T26E5 (not as good as it used to be but still ok imho)

- wz-120-1g ft (i hear it's good, but it's not my playstyle so i had some problems with it)

Basically what others are telling you - pick something that isn't boring or trash. Or both.

JT88 is available for trade in and it has probably one of best earning multipliers but still nobody recommended it. Why? Because it's boring.

When I want to credit farm I usually use my tanks that get lots of assist damage... why spend your credits on ammo when others will happily do it for you. 112 HE spam on tracks in brawling areas can be a good cheap way of getting assists. Any tactic that doesn't involve spamming prem ammo....

I have Lowe, to slow for me to be fun.

Is the T7 German heavy available on trade in? That's quite a good earner, its a bit more versatile than the Lowe.

First thing you need to do is find out what tank class you like to play and do mostly good in. Having a good credit earner that is boring you to pieces isnt going to help.

When you have picked the class, look at the countires and find out where you have a good crew. Not helping much if you have a premium with a 75% crew.

Last but not least, look at the anks available and pick you tank looking at shell cost, penetration and damage value.

And there you have your perfect credit earner.

VK45.03 is in the tech tree so I suppose it's available.

Tnx guys. Still, some of you haven't really read my first post:

Block Quote

which premium tanks, available in the tech tree, are top credits earners?

I can no longer find it on the internet. That's why I asked if anyone knows.

I want to trade in Lowe for a faster T8 tank, as WoT gameplay, and accordingly my gameplay, has changed to faster game which require faster tanks.

So, is there some tier 8 medium or light which is as good as Lowe with earning credits?
