Wait until your in a light vehicle and one of the destructible fences flips your vehicle.

OK, let me to suggest a solution for this flipping up problem!

The gravity center point of the tanks are determined by the 3D model of the tank. So move the  gravity center points lower like it is now. If this point would be at the lowest point of the hull, then this kind of issues would happen more rarely.
Wg need to modify only 1 parameter of each tank model. The Z coordinate of the center of gravity point should be half of the current value. Or more less.

Woala, problem solved! This will not cause too much difference at the rest of the moving characteristics. Only it would be harder to plip up at any situations.

WG is aware that physics doesnt work as intended, but...they're fixing these strange flips for a year at least and still didn't solve it, so I assume they have no idea how to deal with it without screwing another parts of physics

You can't drive up the redline 'wall'. Put this stuff around the houses.

PS

But yes, very annoying. Especially combined with the poor camera behaviour in close quarter flipping does happen too often.

Ok, man, i am not a good player, but i just went back!  HOw the hell can a tank's track go up to a vertical wall? especially when it is going backward with onyl max 20km/h???

HOw this kind of idiotism can be?

The same way a wheeled veh can carry a 20K pound gun turret with a high center of gravity, shift forward to reverse in a millisecond, do donuts, and drive off cliffs landing upright with no damage, that's how.

The same way a spg can hover like a  drone over a target, and his rounds can defy ballistic principles like guided munitions, that's how.

I can go on........

It's a game, engineered for play-ability, elements are added to attract players, not realism.

It's probably designed to be stable when you drive (or play) drunk.

For obvious reasons.

still s**tposting i see...

how about an actual advice for once? one that does not involve the aforementioned nonsense? or is it asking for too much common sense and basic thought?

Sticking to horizontal surfaces certainly seems like actual advice, also seems to tick the basic thought and common sense boxes...what was your point again?
