I would be intrigued to know how, given the information available to you while playing, you know people are cheating.

Note, evidence of cheating is not proof of cheating.  Also, note that knowledge of the availability of cheat mods is not proof of the use of cheat mods.  These are two very common fallacies.

They've already said bans are not being announced anymore. If you came to the forums or used the search function at other times than when you want to whine and take out your frustrations you'd know that.
Second if you believe there are cheats that can ammo rack you and stuff in this game you're deluded and merely excusing your bad plays and lack of skill with some outside source in order to protect your ego.

I have not seen somebody I would assume was cheating in 42k battles and I think I'm a better judge than you of what is possible.
Have I encountered cheaters in that time? Almost definitely, it's just impossible to tell.

I just told you, I've almost definitely ran into cheaters, it's just impossible to tell if somebody is cheating unless they upload their own replay or stream it. There's absolutely nothing you will see from YOUR perspective that can tell you whether they cheat or not.

Correct, I've never seen "strange" shots in all of my 42k battles, which makes sense considering no cheats can influence the RNG of this game, which makes it impossible for there to be "strange shots" even from cheaters.

Let me guess, when you pull those shots you attribute it to luck or your skill, right?

To be fair WG do! (something about it,) I've seen the crying on other forums when players get warned or account banned though WoWS seems alot more active in such measures, there's more crying

Where did WG say that?  Seems a strange choice given they want to discourage it.

Pretty sure I read it here on the forums in the last couple of weeks but I'd have no clue where to find it again...

But then we'd miss out on your content.
Did you have anything to add to the conversation or are you just a sour grape again?

Maybe you could do it yourself since you seem to have more time than you know what to do with.

I think I saw a post from one of the CM’s saying that banwaves are no longer announced.

Can you please elaborate a bit more on the "strange shot" claim? What would be your description of a strange shot?

Also, on the theory of cheating, or more specific bounce/penetration and RNG cheating. In this game it is impossible as all the calculations and processing is done on the server side.

To simplify it, your PC (a client machine) where you play the game connects to WG machine(s) (server machine). When you are in a battle and fire off your gun, your PC (client) sends a message to the WG machine (server) that is has fired. Now WG machine does all the calculations regarding penetration values, dispersion values, armor angle and most importantly the RNG factor, once it crunches through the numbers its sends a reply back to your PC (client) that the shot hit the target or it did not. If it did hit the target did it penetrate or not, or it ricochet/bounced.

There is no way that someone can influence how WG server calculates all of that as it is happening on their servers. One would have to hack into their servers have the knowledge on how to manipulate the algorithms so that every shot pens/hits/ammo racks. And if someone would have this ability trust me they would not be using it to manipulate how the game is working just so they can win more. There is far more important and valuable information on their servers.

There are mods that assist with aiming and leading shots, also known as aimbots. But these are still subjugated to RNG.

You seem to somewhat misunderstand. I believe that a CM said banwaves were no longer announced only because of an of the cuff post by a CM. Have I seen an official statement, no.

If you think this information should have been obvious to forum users then just post a link where it says it.

You don’t get to berate posters for not using the search function unless you can show how easy it should have been to know this information.

I’ve stated why I believe banwaves are no longer announced, how about you?
