Black Market?

Well if you look at the end of the Feb Specials vid you will see the BM dude stealing a tank from the shelf behind(Vid saved at time) so I guess that's most likely on the cards or else why bother including it in the vid.

It's nice to hear that TotT is back. ;)

So, it seems it's time for me to skip Škoda 50 for a while and begin to play with T30, and it's still not time to purchase Kranwagn. :P

EDITED .... it's E3, not E4.... :( so T30 will stay in the hangar for a while. ;)

p. s. Till the beginning of the Christmas special I've researched Udes 15/16, Kranwagn and Progetto 65 (that one I've bought already because I've got some discount for it, I think from the Chrismas of 2018 ;) ). But there are 6 or 7 tier 9 and 2 or 3 tier 8 tanks still waiting for my attention with zero battles on board. ;)

I would play the T95 in stead of the T30 if you want to unlock the T110E3. ;)

The scene with raining heart-shaped balloons is priceless.

I get it now.

They are going to continue putting these teasers in with hints at what tanks will appear, they aren't saying it is happening soon though, just that some guy keeps stealing tanks and at some time, some day there will be another "takeover".  How many tanks were featured in the last Black Market?  Might have a few teasers to go yet.

Yep, I've already observed my mistake.

I'm not interested in TDs without turrets, to be clear. ;)

p. s. I hope there will be discounts on consumables too on Valentine's Day.

Or did you troll us all with Christmas video with BM guy?

There's a (black market) guy at the end of the video taking a tank (looks like chaffe) from the shelf.

Meh, my goals are modest due to time constraints. Buy the Wolverine at discount, unlock the Hellcat and Jackson, buy the Jackson at discount, unlock the T25/AT; then buy the Strv m/42 at discount, unlock and buy the Strv74 at discount, unlock and buy the Leo at discount. :child:

Oddly enough, your Wolverine goal is exactly the same as mine!

I'm also currently 2/3 of the way through the Strv74, so my Swedish goal is to finish that tank prior to the 20th, then buy the Leo at a discount and use ToTT to elite it before the 5th of March so I can get the Emil I at a discount. The good news is that due to blueprints I only need to get 100k xp after unlocking all the modules (another 50k) to elite the Leo, so it is doable if I get the daily x2 and x5.

He was there in the christmas video too.

I think these hints/teases only mean BM will be back some time in the future, also giving false hope to the community (trolling us) that it would be in the near future, incentivizing people to save up credits - and therefore incentivizing to constantly grind them.

I actually think the next BM will be in may (or maybe early june) just like last year.

ToT has been made obsolete for all of those already owning the tier 10 tank. The mission you can do with it for rewards are way way less rewarding than before.

Question.

The TOTT T110E3 shows till the 20th on the calender. But the Kranvagn starts also on the 20th. Do we have two on the last/first day ?

I wonder how WG is reasoning.
I mean, they keep launching gruelling grind marathons back to back. Marathons that requires players to play several hours a day without pause, something most people cannot do.
And they keep launching minor events that run parallell with the gruelling marathons - basically encouraging people who realise that they wo't be able to finish the marathon to quit it and go for the missions.
And at the same time they plan to run a "new" gamemode without clarifying if:

Questions about the 7x7 mode:

- Do you earn any combat XP, crew XP and/or Free XP in this mode at all?

- Do you get the reward gifts with blueprints/supplies in playing this mode?

- Do you earn any credits in this mode? (Note that your credit earring potential is MUCH lower in 7v7 than in 15 vs. 15!)

- Do premium account bonuses apply if you get any xp/credits?

Another possible concern is the “you only get the reward if your performance is equal or higher than the team average” condition could see quite a few players who honestly try missing out because they have to keep up with floods of OP CW tanks with OP 6+ skill crews while driving a rental tier X with basic crews. The gap in performance can become so big that even average players could end up falling below the reward threshold. Unless I’m misunderstanding how the scoring system works?

So it seems to me that WG has event planning teams that don't communicate ( a bit like WG does not communicate with the EU community), and they're trying to do three things at the same time, diluting all of the three things at the same time.
Now, I hate the marathons, and I' not interested in WG tired old push to become an e-port, so Personally I'm pleased that there are "regular" events running parallell, but for WG it's a marketing disaster.

Does anyone have any insight in WG's reasoning here?

Oh, and isn't it time to retire the "XP-Fever"?
I mean, bonus xp on the prems?, that already have bonus xp, and so are only crew trainers? It's a boring event, and it gives bonuses to the wrong vehicles. I realy don't see the point. There are a ton of more enticing events that WG could run.

Congrats for a first: finally we get a monthly rundown earlier than usual. Thus being said, not a bad month, especially if you grind the new double-barelled line.

The elephants in the room: Frontline, Steel Hunter and Dawn of Industry. Nothing mentioned about those.

This was released on the usual  day :D But thank you non-the-less.

I also see no  elephant in the room.

Announcements will be made when they're  ready to be made, Dawn of Industry has already been updated elsewhere.

XP  fever still does  very well, so it's here to stay.

Events are tailored to different players. You will see no crossover of large  events, unless there's  a veryy good  reason :)

Probs morning of 5th till morning of 20th, as usual, which actually  gives 15 days and 14 days is advertised..

What got my attention is "What is lowe" event, it lasts a week or so, it should be some mini marathon, I cant remember but was it called like that few years a go when we got Valentine for super easy missions?

I recently unlocked the Emil 1 and T28 td so these ToTTs are perfect for me. Will buy both but probably due to time constraints as you say won't get to the tier tens now they changed it to two weeks. Not sure they needed to do that, month seemed fine and worked well.

Frontlines is great, so long as Wargaming don't nerf things like the credit earning potential I will be back playing it again when it returns. Another map would be pretty epic too, though I appreciate that isn't likely this year.  I hope when the black market returns it is maybe in a few months so I can stock up on credits from Frontlines! :) So you can keep that dodgy guy in the trench coat away for a few months for all I care...
