it's been a while since eu2 is so laggy, over a week ago created a ticket, send the WG network raport and they sayed they are aware and trying to fix it! yesterday i send another ticket asking what is happening and when will it be fixed and guess what? after around 16 hours got the reply that is was fast fixed then and i should clean cache [that came with no warning that my game settings will all be reset], to clean my mods folder not that i would use any, then to run a check and fix! Did all that, server eu2 still laggy as hell, while eu1 is decent [as before, if i had internet problems that would affect eu1 as well i think]. Funny was that they where talking the first time about compensation and that probably there will be none given.... after so long time, and 2 updates all i know in game complain about eu2 lags still!  I am not sure if wg really bullshits us about that fix or that suport guy has no f**king clue of what is happening on the servers, just wasted 1 hour of my time with his useless joker fix! So? anyone capable of giving a decent reply to this thread or not? By the way if there are issues why can't i see anything on the news page/ hot issues tab in suport page, and why didn't i get a reply to a fb comment asking about lags on eu2?!?

I 2 is in trouble. I have ping 120. I think it will take two months to fix it.

after doing all WGChecks posible, pingplotter tests and so on they sayed they don't see any problems from my side to connect to the servers!  after bullshitting me about firewall, router firewall and all things posible! wasted more then 2 hours already instead of playing on eu1 just fine, but skirmish/advances are on eu2 only and think about sniping a ebr with 100-120 lags?!? and in the end i got another reply asking for a replay to see the lags and a wg check again? what is next? pingplotter tests again?

15:22 Added after 6 minute

after all that they send me to step 1 again:

Thank you for your response.

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Verify the integrity of the game:
1. In bottom right corner of the screen right-click on the Wargaming Game Center icon and click on Exit.
2. Run Wargaming Game Center as Administrator (right-click on Wargaming Game Center icon on your desktop and click on Run as Administrator).
3. Choose the tab World of Tanks and click on Game Settings
4. Click on "Check and Repair" and then click on Continue

- Delete the cache for the game as well as preferences.xml - as the files can be corrupted
1. Press the key combination of WIN + R
2. To the new window type: "%appdata%\wargaming.net" (without quotes) and press OK.
3. It will open a folder, in which you will find a folder with the name of "WorldofTanks". Open it and delete all of its content.

are you [edited]kidding me suport?

"Since the problems we had last week, they were solved quickly. There may be many reasons for your issues, as well as solutions, here’s some pointers!" i'm sure we all have it! but seems like they solved it already quicky! this just pisses me off and makes me uninstall, they forwarded my ticket to a specialist! after 3 hours of doing any test posible!  send replays, pingplotter tests, wg checks!

Also pissed off because nobody admits having a problem with eu2, can't see anything on suport hot topics, nothing in their news page on the site or on facebook! and suport doesn't know about the problem, i'm sure i'm not the only one that send a ticket about it! also beeing bullshitted for 3 hours to do everything posible because it's at my side! nice

I realise you are getting frustrated but being abusive will not help you.

That's like someone in Amsterdam saying if there are traffic problems toward Paris then it would also affect a journey to Munich.

Care to post up your pingplotter trace?

I know many players with high ping on server 2. WG seems to know no problem.

we where talking about the car, not the road! as wg first sayed it's because of my connection, or firewall, or mods, or any other excuse. Send them all they asked, WG Checks, Pingplotter raports and it seems i have no problem comunicating with the server! lucky after they did not find any solution after seeing my replys, my tests results and so on they decided to forward it to a specialist! Btw, i guess you don't play this game because you can't see the ping is higher on eu2 then on eu1

We need the road to use the car.

There may be some issue with the route to one server and not to the other.

Ping will be higher depending on your location and the servers location and the number of pieces of equipment on the route.  You can think of them like road junctions which slow down your progress.

You can carry on playing ping pong with support tickets or let the forum's brains try to help instead, there are some knowledgable people on here.
