Are you aware that shaming others is against forum rules?

seeing the format you probably played that new mode where playing more battles rewards better then winning when certain boosters are activated.

playing more battles nets more then actual winning

1. Cotton wool attitude? No! its a violation of the forum rules. Letting rules be broken at will is just as bad as over-protecting players.

2. How will naming them on the forum teach them anything? Do you know if they ever visit the forum?Or even which forum they would visit?

Do the best you can and move on. Vent out, rage or whatever else helps you and press battle again or go out and enjoy life.

Everything else is pointless.

Deliberately ironic misuse of grammar and punctuation?  Or just no idea of the veil of ignorance and empathy?

OP,  do you believe you play every game perfectly.  That in a single game, a player could not look at how you play and determine you have some degree of "noobishness"?

Then why would it matter? If it's teaching them nothing and the chances are they will never see it? I personally don't have a problem with people calling me out on a "web forum" if they have a valid point, playing like a donkey for 42k games for me is a valid point to be called out on. So yes it's a bit snowflakey. Rules are rules so we abide by them but don't try and embellish it because it doesn't hold any water.

The problem is, you have to be able to demonstrate validity.  Given all the reasons people play and that the reasons/causes for poor play cannot be known based upon the number of battles played/results.  You cannot logically arrive at validity.  Therefore, forum rules regarding naming and shaming hold water.

I had a battle two days ago at tier 5 in which 12 players had 6 penning shots total: one player had 2 pens, 4 players had 1, one shot 1 HE shell, 7 haven't even shot. Add two artas with 4 shots total with mediocre damage and no pen shots, which leaves you with 14 players doing 1 kill.

I myself managed the rest of 1 kills playing in Luchs with 3 clips shot, having in total 11 penning shots which was enough to have almost the double of what 14 players managed.

Top that tragedy.

Bad memory? Or does the validity rule only apply to other people?

AFAIK playing badly isn't breaking a rule and its hard to draw a line at where being so bad at the game is worth highlighting.

However I have no issue with naming and shaming for clear rule violations like this a**e-h**e in his shiny new DezGamez camo and Tier 9 Double-barrel HT. That WG appears to do nothing about these people (ticket filed immediately, the player has since played 113 games in the last 24hrs!) and insists their player name is not able to be publicly shamed really boils my piss.
