Did you not know? They nerf credits 30%, with is6 i try so hard to play without gold, but yeah, this game is getting worse and worse, all the premium tanks that i buy they change it, can i get 10% back from my money, hell no, they do what ever they want, so bad there is no law for gaming, i was first person there!

Ah yes - the ever present tinfoil hat ninja nerf theories.

It is done in puropse. You must know that WOT is on fast decline line. WG tries to dumb down it to the level even bad players are not enjoying it. They must milk the remaining player base as fast and hard as possible.

Ninja lowering income is done by years now but they never told about it.

Consider this next time spending money

Ok, I can tell you this - they do not nerf this stuff. As much as I hate to admit it.

I'm stuck with my old, beyond obsolete FCM 50t and this thing earns as much as ever per damage done. Nothing was nerfed about it over all these years. Hell, it even got an insignificant buff.

It is progressively harder to earn good buck in this tank not because it got worse directly, but because new, far better things are being introduced and old tanks fail to keep up.

Once before - 212mm pen was perfectly fine against most tier 8 and 9 tanks. Today it is laughable.

Map changes also play a role - since everything is a corridor these days - a decent DPM is harder to use - you need to poke, and again - 250 alpha damage is laughable at this stage.

100k per game was never easy. 50-70k was and still is normal income, on a good game without boosters.

You can average 100k per game net profit only with booster on.

I guess in your world this must be like the Obj257 nerf because when that tank came out you even had streamers crying it was OP as hell because they had trouble penning it because it's armour was so good and then after a while WG secretly nerfed it and now everyone can deal with Obj. 257.

Meanwhile back in the real world it was simply a case of players not knowing how to deal with new tanks armour profile, tank is a problem to deal with. 1 month later, people have learned how to deal with new tank armour profile, tank is no longer a problem to deal with.

Funny how making the effort to educate yourself solves so many problems.

4K damage in someone's face, vs 4K damage sitting on the 2nd line doing it on others spotting, won't reward the same. That was the case in 2012, still is today if you want 100K. As I do notice when I play the CDA 105 vs the Lowe.

Slight difference in changing it between tests on live, and when it's up for sale as they did for the 703. And also in correcting a UI display error in the garage vs a nerf, as they did for the 46 vs the T26E4 armor nerf.

In the old days we had a site with stats of average net income per tank, and the stats were clear for almost all premium tanks: a constant decline in average income

Economy is something all games tweak, they are part of the hidden parameters.

Biggest issue with FCM and other pref mm tanks is that the pref mm dont work AT ALL.
You wont see anymore tier 6 than any other regular tier 8 tank. The tank got 212 pen because is was ment to see those lower tier tanks more often.

Or the steady increase in average armour values in new tank lines lead to the increased need to fire more gold rounds to compensate resulting in an overall decline in average profitability. An explanation that accounts for the observation you made without the BS conspiracy you're trying to peddle for which you have not a shred of supporting evidence. As normal.

I don't understand. 212mm for a flanker/sniper is more than decent in tier VIII even in the current meta. Even with 3-4 broken tanks around.

Well to be fair, on that one we got fair warning. And on the T26E4 they did offer a full refund if you wanted it that most did accept. But now it's arguably in a better spot than before that nerf. Both on armor and the gun.

Tho... they did try that with the KV-5 too and wanted to offer full refunds.  And we all know how well that went, no one wanted that refund. Twice in a row, they learned a harsh lesson not to screw with other people's tanks. That makes me wonder how people will react to the Blackdog, HWK 30 and EBR 75 when they get an HE damage and pen nerf, new mechanics aside.

Oddly enough when I look at my replays from 2014 and compare them with newer replays with similar results in damage/spotting etc. they all have similar credit payouts.

But I am pretty sure those who claim that their credit income has been reduced greatly have also replays from back then with which they can show us just how severe that reduction is and how they compare wit their newer replays.

Waiting.
