Hello Commanders,

 

I am Olix, an romanian player and I would like to show you my intentions.

I decided to return some old retro hangars from the old versions of WOT and maybe create some outside of Wot, but we will see that after.

 

Since WGmods.net is slow for updates of the hangars, i will leave the alternative links to the updated hangars.

So, if anyone want to donate anything in game you can find me in EU server with nickname olix_vameshu

 

 

 

Hangar Premium V2 

This version includes:

-Original Ambient sounds and music(thanks to DrWeb7_1)

-Decals

-Adapted for low and ultra graphics(updated)

-Hangar working with and without hangman

Getting back the old garages is neat ! Not that i dislike the current one....

I especially like the old one i started with, the one that was used in 7.0

Those hangars from 0.7.0 till 0.9.0 are work in progress, It is a little bit tricky to convert them because of their texture but I hope it ill be ok :).

EN: I converted the models to actual version, I will post some photos in weekend with the progress of it.

 

In some minutes hours I wilĺ post some screen shots of unfinished Hangar V2. Old particle effect are not working anymore, sounds and music also,I adapted something fron Hangar v3. In rest I just need to add some decals, but they are .dds and .dds is new for me.

Hello,

Hangar v2 is adapted to new engine.

-No more original particles since are not compatible with actual game.

-No more original sounds, also not compatible with actual game.

-No more oil decal(that's because of me :D, i hate .dds and I don't know too much of it) so it's temporarly clean.

Don't worry, at the end of week it will be on download on WG mods.

Why does music work in earlier version of your mod, but now not?

Earlier you wrote that "old sound banks are not compatible anymore" but don't you wonder why it's still working on an earlier version (of your mod)?

Because they are using another version of wwise(program who deals with sound and music in game) and now the old bnk sounds are not working anymore :( and this is sad.

 

Wait a sec... which version do you speak about?

Wait a sec... which version do you speak about? 

 

This is 1.0 version of your mod.
You can still dowload it from wgmods.net (for wot 1.6.1.3)
This mod (1.0 version) still works with the current version of game client along with the music.

It don't work because name of .bnk file is wrong.

I changed it and removed the erroneous commands.

Thank you, but people must wait a little :( i just upgrade my laptop with a new 1TB  m.2 nmve, and by accident i made the partition dinamic, now i need to reinstall windows on old hdd to recover every thing . :D

 

Ok maybe the music is working but not the ambient sounds, so what I want to ask is, can the ambient from the actual version be included in xml? 

Then check if it works with hangman of Goofy67,if the music starts and ambient also.

Just perfect bro, old one may work, but I don't know the name inside the bank to add them in chunks.

There are the files I found (.bnk and .ogg <- audio files)

These are files for the premium garage and separate for the normal garage.

Maybe you can do something with this.

 

At the moment I don't know how to implement them into the game.

I think I'll try to do something with this, but I don't know what will happen.

Hmmm verry weird, if you use wwise, can't you see the event name? Like i don't know... hangar drill, or hangar gate, etc.

To be honest, I've never used wwise.
I am a kid who likes to view game files.
I didn't create mods before, so I can't do much.
