today i was banned from chat asking about how long a chat ban was usually. i think some mods are abusing their powers especially  today we had a mod by the name "Zerim17" he was banning people when they were asking questions and i believe i was banned to be shown how long a ban is, which is wrong, he could just have answered my question...

I used full caps one day and i got one day chat ban last year. But the usual spammers and cursers get no penalty. Oneday i was discussing something and some guy came and said somethinng about my mother dying etc. I reported him and i got an auto response without him getting banned.

honestly

1. discussing about moderations is not allowed

BUT

Zerim17 honestly abuses his powers, and chat bans are mostly not right. Once i was banned, but i was mixed up by a spammer. I wrote 1 sentence, and other guy was spamming, and mod banned me instead of him.

chat is really c*ncer sometimes,i dont mean to get warned for that word, but it sometimes really is and get over it mods.

It is true that discussing Moderators and their actions is not allowed, hence this thread is being closed.

However it is allowed to challenge bans, and even to raise complaints about Moderators.

For Chat Moderators and bans, you need to raise a Ticket with Support. You need to have a screenshot of the chat to support your complaint of unfair treatment.

If that fails, then you could try sending a PM, with the evidence, to a CM, asking if they can investigate or raise it with Support. Bear in mind that WG keep the forum (and therefore Forum Mods and CM's) separate from the in-game support, so the Forum Mods and CMs have limited influence.
