So this year i placed around 20 000 place, about the same as last years summer campain.

So what do I get as a reward?

Pretty much nothing.....

Didnt get a reward tank as you have to place top 11k. Also i didnt get any of the tier 8 that was meant for  casual players as we didnt win enough to get the nessesary components.

And I really dont give a shait about the tier 7 as tier 7 is useless in the game anyhow.

1300 bonds. for 11 days of grinding, planning and FC,ing a team. and perhaps a single female crew...

I'll prolly get more bonds from playing the equivalent time in randoms with tier 10.

Why won't you even let the average player get the tier 8 Chieftain?

Why do the top players get such amazing rewards and those below the line get nothing?

There is simply no incentive to play CW Campain if your mediocre, and the Tier 8 reward that should have ben awarded for commitment never reached those that neeeded it....

(we won 31 out of 91 games, 34% winrate) - SRY spreadsheet error

Clan Wars isnt designed for mediocre players.

You dont get free tanks just for playing.

There are other events for mediocre players like Tank Rewards, then marathons for more hardcore players and Clan Wars for the highest levels.

No one is just entitled to get a Tier 8 tank because they want one.

Judging by the amount of games you played did you not get enough scrap to convert to the materials you need to make the parts?

Plus the tier 7 is better than nothing eh? You still have enough time to make it if you have the parts (you have until 12th of March).

I reckon WG are missing a trick here, they should be selling parts for FP in the FP shop to allow players to top up the parts they need.

Yep. That's it. A bit sad but there you go.

CW is for the elite and no one else. Go play another aspect of the game because CW isn't for you.

Reassuring isn't it?

Either git gud or don't play CW at all.

truly incredible and surprising, whoever strives more and achieves better results reaches better rewards, is called meritocracy :)

I would suggest to be more constructive than others have been that CW is open for all but that expectations need to be relative and realistic. To have organised a team and play some CW games is a massive step but it's only the start. There is so much to learn and you have to start somewhere.

Take this as a learning experience and work on the things and who knows it might be possible.

For example my clan is a community clan, we don't play a lot of clan stuff. The first campaign we did was this time last year and we were not good at all and finished well outside the tank spots. Then we played in the summer campaign last year with a little bit of preparation and came very very close to the tank spots but this did not deter us. We put in more preparation and worked out our tactic, this paid off for us and now we all have tank spots so it can be done.

If that is the reward that #11.501 gets, that seems like a very decent reward to me.

That is what a #20 000 gets as OP said. #11 501 gets even more.

So what did the top 11k players get then? Tier X Chief, Tier 8 Chief, IS5, 10k bond, 3-4 female + camo and some of the smaller stuff?

My point is that the tier 8 rewards should not be an extra revard for the top dogs, it should be a reward for participating. Thats how WG promoted it. "Participate and you get the parts to build yourself a tier 8 chieftan." I think WG put the requirements  far to high, leaving peaople dissapointed by not achiving the reward that was promised.

Lets see if 54k will bother to participate in the next event....

The players who logged in during the campaign but didn't take part don't get anything either. This is grossly unfair and symptomatic of the unfair bias shown against those people who don't bother to participate. Free stuff for everyone or no one! :izmena:

Did you read the part where I participated in 91 games, full gold setup wich cost me 5mill over the campain?

Not to mention the time spent on tactics and FCing.

I didnt just show up...

Why top football players make so much money and fame, while mediocre players get so little !

this is unfair

I'd be happy with some more crew members and 1k+ bonds after 10 days personally.

You do realise tier 8 Chieftain isn't OP right?

none of the workshop tanks are OP or even that good, they are just sort of... free tanks for those who put effort in

The T7 is the best of the non-T10 reward tanks so I wouldn't complain too much.
That being said I think WG screwed up the scaling of the parts pretty hard, I wasn't able to build myself a T8 reward tank either with 65 battles in IDEAL, would have needed about 2 more days of play to make it.
I did get top 6k and a T95E6 though.

I'm quite sure less people got the workshop tanks than the T10s.
