No not a whine thread about this, that or t'other.

Simple question really why do you, we, keep pressing battle?

Even after nearly 43k battles I still enjoy the challenge/game, so what's your reason?

Drive around and shoot stuff. Also getting new tanks is nice.

Same. :great:

I've dabbled with other games, got stuck into Warships fairly seriously for a while but I keep coming back to Tanks. IMO it's one of those easy to learn, hard to master games and while I think I've got a fairly good grip of the first part, I'm still working at the beginning of the second.

Sure, I get frustrated at times, I've recently come off a chat ban for being a sulky child when things didn't go my way but I took some time to remember why I got so invested in this game in the first place, started paying attention to more than what's directly in front of me and I'm developing a more patient and considered approach that feels as though it's starting to pay off.

I doubt I'll ever achieve the blurple heights that drive so many players but as long as I'm enjoying it, I'll continue to play.

Simple answer is that the fun aspects outweigh the irritations.

I've just returned after a year or so layoff (mostly spent splashing around in Boats) and, if anything, I think the game may have improved somewhat - MM, crucially, at least on the basis of the last few days seems to be a lot less annoying than it was.

Edit: most of my games are on the NA server FWIW - I think I'm just north of 10K battles across the servers combined, to give a sense of numbers...

I love it, which is amazing to me as I never liked computer games much ever. And at the moment I dont see it changing, regardless of what tomfoolery WG come up with.

I've been away for three years and the novelty has returned.

The time frame of each game is just about right. You only have one life so you have to concentrate (unlike some frag games where you just keep re-spawning). I play some World of Warships but those games are simply too long for my taste (a lot of games go almost the full 20 minutes).

To complete the second campaign (279e),after i unlock it and have fun with it for a while,i will probably stop playing the game, or i will play like 1 game a day due to the lack of motivation.

The game is at downward slope, it's stale old, tired, and all out of ideas. It is revolving around balance and game breaking OP meta tanks, reward clan cuck tanks, how much premiums we can push out in a month to get money out of whales and sheep while the same people grow more frustrated and critic towards same company they pay to.I guess i wait for some new tank game so i can shun this game permanently like many others already did

Didnt like tanks in WT and AW is quite dead so WOT is the best tank game for me. It looks good, is challening and is updated fairly often with new content.

It is sometimes marginally less annoying or boring than anything else i can think of to do.

1. Couldnt be bothered to start new game/grind because of RL constraints

2. I realised that when i shoot/hit tanks and i see their hit points go down i get seriously internally excited.

3. Bringing in pools medals and carrying games is a great feeling.

4. The atmosphere in the dingers klanus..

Essentially this.

Dunno. My coworked keeps insisting I should try MTG. I will today. But I hardly think I'll quit WoT (Sunken Cost Th.)

For me it's the following:

1- A drug-like addiction to the game, even tho 40% of the time is pure torture, with all the random BS happening.

2- The rare, but highly satisfying moments of enjoyment it offers.

3- The small hope of WG actually properly fixing the things, which are wrong with it and unlocking the behemothic potential (in other words, that the game gets better).
