Don't you love it when dead teammates decide to criticize what you're doing?  Like armchair generals from beyond the grave with nothing better to do than whine and complain that you're not playing how they would play?

Today I was doing the thankless job of base defense after the usual "randomly rush off to die piecemeal" that constituted the bulk of my teammates' "strategy".  After they all died, half of them apparently thought they had cause to stick around and whine about what I was doing. They called me the usual clever insults like "noob" and "idiot".

Well, I ended up carrying the match and scored almost twice the damage and experience of the next highest teammate.  It felt so good to be right!

Moral of the story:  Don't listen to the whiners, they had their chance and they died.  You do you.

Moral of the story: Tier 2 battles are far more balanced than tier 10 ones.

You do you.

I hate this kind of new age self-worth crystal healing bull in this game.  It's a team game.

You doing you, generally screws it for the 14 other people who aren't you.  People shouldn't play team games if they don't want to be in the team.

Now occasionally (and you may fit into this category, have no idea) you being you may be the right thing to do.  For most people it isn't - hence the game is utter trash right now compared to the past..

My attempts to get people on board with a strategy generally falls on deaf ears, even at higher tiers.  I gave up trying a long time ago.

Now I just read the map and try to react to the ebb and flow based on time-tested practices.

Now I just rerolled and sealclub low tiers and still do utterly mediocre.

Ah yes, the toxicity of the average WoT player demonstrated in its finest form.  Seek therapy rather than trying to tear others down.  This is exactly what my post was about.  When was the last time you said something to encourage your teammates rather than belittle them?

I have fun, I never claimed to be great.  I'm utterly casual at this game, and I like it that way.  :P

I encourage good plays by teammates all the time. I do not encourage sealclubbing tier 2 and 3, ruining new players' experience and acting smug when you manage to win a game.

And do you really need reminding that you're the one condemning your teammate's choices in your opening posts?

Coming on here bragging about your tier 2 sealclubbing?

You just sound like a tit.

Just because you had most exp and damage it doesn't mean you did the tactically correct play.

"Base defense" is almost always not the correct play. You got lucky this time.

Lol.....:teethhappy:

The irony of you starting an entire thread to "pull down" 14 other players who made decisions that you appear unqualified to comment upon which lead to a win for your team.

Then you come out with some faux indignation about you getting some robust comments. Maybe that's why you re-rolled? Sick of having your flaws exposed?

I also love the "I have fun" comment. It's the go to comment for people who seem to struggle with the concept at anyone better than them isn't a pro-streamer, and anyone worse than them isn't a yolo noob.

So "utterly casual" you reroll/reset your account........

So "utterly casual" you started a thread about how brilliant you are........at tier 2.......in fact there isn't an emoticon on the forum to illustrate this aspect. So this will have to do.

Spoiler

So you “tactically” waited in the back till most enemies were half dead anyway just so you could “carry” and brag about it here?

I see that a lot in games, usually the players who start off the game by declaring “another n00b team loss gg WG”,

This is a genius play, because if you lose, well, you already called it up front, so CLEARLY you camping base, pinging like mad and ranting in chat had nothing to do with that and it’s all the team’s fault.

Now if the enemy team, now at dangerously low health, is dumb enough to attack your basecamping [edited]one by one so you can pick them off easily, you get to declare your superiority, you get to “carry” and, again, CLEARLY it was the team’s fault but you SAVED them.

you could even make a post about it to further boost your ego. No one is gonna call you out on that. No worries.

I looks as though I'll need to delete this thread.  It's sadly ironic that a post about providing encouragement to those who felt bullied has simply drawn out more bullies.
