I needed to play 1 game for the tank rewards but was bored so I went with arty.

It's horrible, right? The only reason I'm playing arty is because of missions. Now I'm stuck with quite a few mission for the first new mission set but I can't do them because I sold all my arty pieces. Brilliance par excellence!

Hopefully all the "arty is so super accurate, nerf nerf nerf" posters can watch this one

Well, I still think arty is super accurate, because you can "miss" for 2 tank lengths and still hit.

True story.....

Everyone should have to play arty at some point.

Gives you an insight into how important arty can be and that you should protect them.... always :)

One disturbing thing I have noticed while playing clicker is the thing that most of the times when snapshotting (pre-aming for a moving tank) the shells land pefectly where you aim - but when you wait 10s for fully aim its just a pure RNG lottery where you actually hit.

This is easily explainable by the argument of "because Rasha".

You should as there are tech tree lines and campaign missions which require it.

Though I am all for the removal of arty IF everyone gets paid minimum wage for time wasted grinding it, plus all XP/Gold/Free XP/Credits/free crew retrains back for it all.

Because clearly the multitude of nerfs and changes the class has suffered due to the new breed mememe I need 6th cant use WASD waaaa waaa waaaa arty hit me 12 times while I was constantly spotted on the same location because I am too dumb to move my buttocks when a shell landed next door gameplay from a tank with a 2nd class post reload that drops it's shells in the next server due to a rectical the size of Wales, were never enough.

Though personally I would have liked to have seen no nerfs back in the day, just someone develope an MM that does not have three tier 9 arty in a tier 9 game, and limit arty to one per match, but also limit it to one wheeled tank per match, zero arty and EBR platoons, limit the TD's to two per match because 18 TD's out of 30 tanks is a bigger joke than arty, no more than two scouts, and while we are at it, remove some of the tanks, have max scout tier 6, max med tier 9, max heavy tier 10, max TD tier 9, max arty tier 6.

Maybe.

Yeah like there is a place to move on these maps...

Ranked battles have been a complete joke yesterday due to slow but constant grind of arty. Losing your entire HP pull with zero damage block in tanks like 277 and SQ is not fun at all.

There is no place to move at, because you are slowly losing map control as well and in the end you will be surrounded and still clicked.

So moving is not an option.

That isn't because of server reticle. You moved mouse before the server registered shot being fired.

Server reticle would not help at all in that case.

The shot was already registered, you can see that my reload started before i moved my mouse.

I dont really get how server reticle work, I mean you still have the ping between your pc and the server. No mod can reduce that to zero.

It doesn't reduce it, it just shows your real reticle between the server and not the client.

With delay then what you ping is.

No, it shows what the server sees and not what your client sees. Its not a mod , its integrated in the game settings by the developers which means it has direct access to the server information

The reload timer and firing the gun (sound etc) are client side effects, and not on server. The shot went to Narnia because of client and server desync, meaning the server got the command to fire AFTER it got the commands to move the aiming reticle.

This is also the reason why shots often disappear if you die just after firing the gun: Your client side fires the gun, but the server doesnt get the information but only after you died: The shot doesnt register because you are already dead on server.
