Hi commanders,readers!

To be honest i had about 500 battles with the obj 257 and out of the 500 battles there were like 400 games when I had to repair the ammo rack at least once but there were some games when I had to repair it 2 or 3 times

Most of the time it just went yellow but in some cases (8-10%) it went red and I exploded like a vulcan...

I think something should be done with this because the ammo rack module is really REALLY weak on this tank

I have safe storage but it doesnt matter...

The machine blows up too often compared to other tanks in its tier.

What do you think about that? :)

Sounds great, please tell me in more detail where I have to aim at next time I see one.

When the aim indicator shows green, clik.

When 257 is angled wrong, ammorack is right there.

If you shoot the V-shaped upper hull it is going to be an ammo rack all the time im not joking ALL THE TIME xd

Yes, you are absolutely right.

Ammorack is directly behind the V shaped upper hull and when it s angled wrong...

Best way not to get ammo racked in first place is not to take unnecessary shots. Seriously, because if you know that one hit from your enemy is going to damage your ammo rack (which is a piece of cake on Russian tanks), then don't take that hit and try flanking or either wait until your enemy make a mistake.

Try reverse sidescraping.

Also, mount the Wet Ammo Rack equipment and see if that helps. With that and safe stowage, the ammo rack's health goes up from 210 to 314.25, according to tanks.gg.

You can also use the directive safe stowage on top of the crew skill safe stowage. I do not know the exact numbers but I think it doubles the effect.
