So, a while back I bought CDC as my only tier VIII premium tank. It was during the time contributors on youtube were saying how good the tank is. The problem is, the game changed a whole lot. This tank is so underpowered. Doesn't have the penetration to pen reliable, nor does it have accuarcy to snipe weak points (which are being removed from the tanks anyways). It doesn't have any armor, so a suitable gameplay would be snapshotting or sniping, but this tank is terrible at both. Its ammorack gets hit every second shot, and is a huge target everyone focuses down. Overall I feel like buying the tank was such a waste of money. The only time I see this tank in the game is when I play it for credits, because it is so not competitive anymore. I would like to ask WG to buff the tank, even a slight accuarcy buff would make the tank more enjoyable (it would have gameplay similar to Leopard 1 which I love), or a refund would also be nice.

I have it myself but it just doesn't work too well .   In all honesty a buff will never happen because it isn't russian.

It needed a buff even shortly after it was released.

There is literally *NO GOOD REASON* for this tank to have the ground resistance values of the Titanic on a shingle beach, seriously.

To all intents and purposes, the CDC is, and plays like, a light tank with more health and less camo. It should therefore have the gun-handling of a light tank as well as the mobility of a light tank.

Its bad. I also bought it a while ago as first and only tier 8 premium. I figured with high skill cap it would remain interesting to play for quite some time. At the moment its worse than quite a few tier 7 tanks and much worse than preferential MM tanks such as FCM 50. 212 pen is not the problem in my opinion, its mainly gun handling. Goinig out for a shot puts you at the same risk as a prosecco staying out for the second shot...

I'm glad I got a few tier 8 premiums for credits last black market so now I don't have to play the CDC anymore.

In my opinion a refund is not realistic after playing more than say 100 battles, but thats personal. At least the CDC still looks good :teethhappy:

Yeah, Burrasq want to have a small conversation with you. :D

LT hull and mobility, average camo and gun handing of an artillery.

Yes, you were saying? :D

It has pretty good camo actually and almost 800 clip potential, it's actually a pretty good light tank hybrid.

The only thing that will happen is me not playing WoT anymore if this trend continues

It's not only you, if WG ruins the game by ammo changes (considering how some tanks has an already awful penetration), players will quit playing WoT.

See that kind of post from 2014. 6 years and many times WG failed, many times players said they will quit. Nothing happened.

WG: CDC is bad? Wait a second.

after a little time

WG: Here it is new premium tank, the Bat.-Châtillon Bourrasque.       Why are not you satisfied? Buy the Bourrasque!

It's because it has super thin tracks. ELC AMX also has trash ground resistances.

Tracks have nothing to do with it. T-100 LT has thin tracks yet it has hovercraft like ground resistances. It's just WG being WG.

I am still feeling annoyed whenever anyone brings up the subject of ELC bis.

that one got nerfed into oblivion so it is just a free xp sink now.

It was the coolest tank to me back in the day. They could bring it back today and it wouldn't really change much.

one of the many premium tanks that need a buff , it is not clear why the WG is ignoring this vehicle

Of course it's clear. The golden boy they want to sell now is the Bourrasque. It really is that simple.

That would be logical, but is it beneficial to gameplay or not?

A bit like all French light tanks (and some mediums) getting completely slowed down in water unlike tanks of other nations. It really is a bit annoying.

But hey! At least it's accurate right? That surely means everything else about the gun can be crap, for balance.
