Well, it's a Belarusian company, supporting the old soviet union, what you expected honestly? To support Germany?

But they recently announced that they are buffing E100 and they might consider buffing E50M as well. No one can know mate.

Just wait, and time will show everything.

It never was a WWII tank game. It focuses are early 30's to the early 70's. So 40 years of tank history. The issue is that Germans mostly only had iconic tanks from 45 to fit tier X vs other nations. As their tank development hit a... hinder if you will for a bit to fit more within that timeframe on all lines and classes.

That said, there is a rebalance coming for German and even US high tiers. Stats are still early, but it's looking promising for the E100, Tiger II and even the T32.

this rebalance is on the way more than 4 years and in the end its going to be +5mm of armor

Maybe you should take a look at that and inform yourself.

Yes, there are unbalanced tanks, and a few of them are certainly Russian. But most nations have their share of very good and OP (sometimes fixed, sometimes not) tanks.

In tier X Germany is currently in a bad spot, apart from the Leo I and perhaps Grille 15 which appears balanced to me, but in tier IX the PTA is plain OP and the E-75 IMO remains relevant (recently bounced 3.2k premium shells from other T9 heavies). Maus is not a flexible tank, and simply misses the speed for that, but with that HP and that armor it remains relevant in its niche.

E-100 and the US T110E5 are simply powercreeped by tanks from the post-glaring weakspot meta. I'd say it's the other tanks that need fixing more.

The game's focus was never on WWII, but on simply pre-main battle tank/composite armour.

That would be a good, useful buff for the Tiger II because then 122mm guns wouldn't overmatch the turret roof.

There is a reason for that!

Well, the German tanks did become pretty useless towards the end of the war, so I guess at least in this respect the game is actually quite realistic.

The problem with German tanks is they are placed tiers above their counter parts, because they were much better...

take a look at the Panther, and Tiger's, the M4 sherman and the T-34, which were basically their "enemies" 90% of the time, are tier V tanks...

the only German tank that is currently very good for its tier, its actaully in french techtree as a premium, and its the Bretagne Panther, who for some odd reason

was placed at tier VI...

allways you have German OP tank in this game they are either removed, like the old Waffentrager E100 who was too good and anoying... and because it never existed (LOLs)

WG removed it....

Also, and this a joke you can repeate more than once and still be funny...

Once there was a very very good medium tank ( a german one...) who had very good mobility, very good armor for its tier, and very very good guns

it was called VK 30.01H  "which WG nerfed its mobility with the execuse of changing its class to a heavy tank." this one by droping it a tier...

then another very very good medium tank called vk 36.01H which had very good mobility, great guns for its tier and decent armor....

was also converted into a heavy this time remaining in the same tier, exactly with all the features it had previously, except its mobility was killed...

well, you see where this is going don't you?

Recentrly, WG nerfed another German medium tank... it was called VK 30.01P, had an amazing mobility, great gun for its tier, and amazing flexibility its armor was allways poor, so it lasted longer... still WG converted it into a heavy tank, leaving its armor exactly as it was, making way more slower...

Now let me think... which medium tanks from the >German techtree aren't bad... (and by saying,, aren't bad... i mean they are no OP)

if you are a E50 or E50M driver... don't be surprised if WG convert them into heavies remove their mobility.

It was quantity (Soviet) over quality (Germany).... That's why they won, by industry power. German tanks never were bad on battlefields, and as if a Tiger I on it's own could've fight and hold a city on it's own for quite a noticeable time.

But well, this game never was realistic, so yeah.

Well, to put it in game terms, we got a tier 7 (6) heavy tank fighting against tier 5 tanks in stock configuration for a fair part of WWII...

Just look at D-Day and the Normany thing: Shermans with the 75mm (stock) gun going up against Panthers and the like.

Well, they had a historical battle mode once in the past but despite its advantages (no arty, limited premium ammo) is was so badly received by the community that after a few months (no more than three if it even lasted that long) they put it out of its misery.
