Can you please remove the condition do not hit your teammates to achieve a high caliber ? Doesn't really make any sense since friendlyfire removal patch.

You can still drive your team mate off a cliff, push them under water and roll them upside down...

Dumb ways too die, but it still happens ;)

needless to say, then you cannot earn the high caliber.

The condition isn't to make team damage. The condition is if you shoot an ally. At least in the french translation of the game it states : "The player should not hit any friendly player with direct hit". If that's the case you should be able to push allies off cliff and get a high caliber.

What's the english description ?

The rule only applies to French players

SerB explained in a video a couple of years ago that this was a joke he had put in just to annoy French players

Not really annoyed since I know this condition exist. It just feels wrong now that friendlyfire is off.

I dont know the enlish description. However the Dutch translation says, "a direct hit", so I guess you were right.

Friendly fire removal just made game play worse & players even more selfish. I've been deliberately blocked numerous times just so they got the kill or the extra damage. Even being pushed into enemy fire no longer counts as friendly fire.

Althought it's annoying when someone just drives into your shell, does it really matter you don't get a medal?

Nothing has really changed so removing condition doesn't relly make any sense.

Damage never mattered anyway, only direct hits.

Yes thank you, you totally missed the point. It's not about getting the medal or not, the point is this rule is absurd since team damage removal.

I missed?

Direct hit=/=Damage.

Even before you could HIT team mate and not do any damage.

You can still do team damage and get the medal as long as you don't hit them with DIRECTLY.

Ah yes, now instead of getting shot and tracked before being pushed down a hill I only get pushed. Such a horrid change.

Wiki says:

Quote

High calibre - Awarded to players who dealt the highest amount of damage during the battle. The damage dealt should be at least 20% of enemy team tanks' HP sum, and greater than 1000 points. To receive this award, the player must not hit any allies by direct shot. If two or more players deal an equal amount of damage, and also qualify for High calibre, the achievement is granted to whichever player earned more EXP.

Which is likely to be the English translation.

dust off

in my opinion it should be atleast 2 shots. as accidentaly shooting a friendly tank that drives in front of you while you are sniping and there for losing the medal is not fun :(

http://wotreplays.eu...81fe6052c0c882f

i dont feel like helping team mates that are close to the enemy anymore because i might lose the medal and the bonds that i get with it if i hit the team mate. :(

and i really need those bonds.

after there is a clear shot and no fear of hitting the friendly tank i feel like firing. which basically means that there is enough distance between the tanks or the team mate is dead.
