it has gotten to a point that I kinda am starting to dislike Frontline again, so not that disappointed that it is the last episode.

Am looking forward to Steelhunter a lot, so hope there wont be much changes to that since last year.

Only thing that needs adressing is the teaming up. Just removed all names from that mode and it is fixed. It is suppose to be a solo event anyway so no need for ingame nicknames.

I don't like Steel Hunter, would rather have more FL, just needs a new map or two maybe.  Great for credit farming with boosters, crew training, grinding tier 8s etc.

I like that insted tank i can choose 250 bonds for 1 token (could be 350).

Last year was so hard to grind (only boosters saved situation in the end), now is more better.

Next year a desert map would be nice.

I hated Steel Hunter last year and didn't played because of lost in "ranks", now they removed that and may be better, without no backward steps.

Pleeeease get rid of the mechanic where you lose tokens. It just makes it frustrating, especially when you meet riggers.

Totally agree. If they keep the old system, this will not be a casual event. Losing progression is fine for stuff like ranked battles, not «fun modes»

Agreed, you cant make a game mode fun by punishing people.

A lot of last year's main issues with Steel Hunter have been addressed thanks to your feedback. We'll have to wait for the official info to come and hopefully you'll enjoy it this year :).

I'm not talking about the the Steel Hunter ranks but generally in competitive MMO gaming, loosing "rank" should push players to give their best and play the event. Again we'll have to wait and see how the progression will be in Steel Hunter.

I welcome all special/fun/new modes, as I am most tired of the 10 year old Random battles, specially in Tier 8-10 which is now riddled with frustration from +2mm, OP tanks, turbo one-sded battles, clown cars and arty.

I do like Frontlines as the best among the regular special modes, and would like a full season like we had in 2019. Steel Hunter is okay (meh), and I don't mind a special SH event like last year for 25 levels, but not a 4 episode alternative to FL. It's not an alternative to FL, they are so very different. I can't use my dozen T8 premium tanks or their crews in SH mode. Whats the point of my varied garage with such modes, specially when they are replacing modes which do make use of my tanks/crews. Such special modes should be cool fun modes, not grindfests, because we can't get anything extra for our tanks and crews from such events. In FL, I am grinding many regular tech tree Tier 8s, and a lot of my crews, while making credits. No such possibility in SH.

I am not to hyped about steelhunter, last year the mode was riddled with cheaters, but FL will definetly be a fun week.

i believe no, but I wish it was possible, we may have more serious stuff to do in real life rather than playing frontline

missing 1 season at the cost of losing 1 tank is not fair.

They explained that in one of the last q&a.

The idea behind FL and SH was that we would be able to get one tank without much trouble and only the players with much time or fanatism would be able to get two.

Thats why there are no points to retake if you miss one episode since you would still be able to reach the goal of getting the tank.

I like frontlines more early on, when not that much artillery and air strikes are used.

I enjoy it way more.

Only reason I play frontline at all is a reward tank. Way too much chaos. Which is a bit sad, but hey, people like it.

Its a very nice way to grind credits also. No need to worry too much about winning or losing.

Yes, but I play to win, so actually no, in my case.

At least I can grind now a bit, while most players have low level.

It's good that this is the last front line. No more n o o b s on artys with plane or artillery strikes or even heavies with both air strikes. No more camping in the back. At least partly skill will count, not rng. I can't wait to start smashing such loosers

My last years steel hunter experience:

I fully agree with the post made by Lord_of_war.
