Hello fellows, what do you think about crew death, is it happening to you from time to time or you forgot, when you had dead crew in a lightly damaged tank? I had 2 times dead crew when i was about new in this game, it happened in tier 5 tanks. It was 7-8 years ago and i dont remeber to have such incidents now. But over last 3 days i had 2 dead crews. 300hp damage to a tank that has 1000hp took out all crew. Is it coinsidence, but in both games i was feeling im doing better than last 10-20 games and...crew died. What is your opinion about that?

Definitely no coincidence.

Investigate further.

Crew layouts are not the same on all tanks. Nor do you always get hit the same spots all the time. And some tanks do "ask any KV-5 owner about one of their crew". Then it's also the guns that hit you, and what ammo they used. As the % chance is not the same for all ammo types. Face the right type one day, and suddenly you lose half your crew a few days in a row. Then again, some tanks have always been like that for me. KV-220-2 is one of them. It's one of the few I have a spall liner on just to protect the crew.

So you are saying that over the past 7 years you only played well the past 3 days when it did start to happen? My opinion is that it's a part of the game, and can happen. It's rare to lose all crews. But having 1 alive after a KV-2 hit, or arty etc in a 3 crewed light? About once every 50 games or so tbh. If that was a rare sight for you until now, then count yourself lucky.

ive been not hit, ive been splashed  by arty for 100 and 200 hp.

Im not saying, that i was only playing good in last game, its only your creep imagination. I say, i had bad 10-20 games with particular tanks and when suddenly i have one game that seems to be decent from beggining, ive lost my crew, when ive not been directly hit, but received 2 not big splash from arty.

Well it's fairly original as tinfoil hat material goes.

I already posted it once and I post it again.

Low and Mid tier has increased HP.

The hp was increased, the average damage not.

Therefore it was a nerf for tanks with low amount of crew members, because with a lot of low damage hits the probability of crew death for each member is actually higher than before.

Especially MG tanks, like PIc or Luchs can eat through your crew quite quickly.

No, it is no coincidence, that your crew members get knocked out more often in mid and lowtiers. It is due to the increaase in hp.
