Armour model of Maus(German super heavy supposed to have best armour and trades mobility for that)

as you can see the maus when not angling its turret is able to reach the armour effectiveness of the ruski MBT unangled turret

why is this game?

the Maus angles it turret to bounce but then it cant shoot back

the fact that the Maus cant fire back when it gets maximum armour protection while the ruski MBT needs no angling to get good armour is not balanced

the ruski MBT lovers demand that the armour on the Maus be nerfed so that it becomes balanced as a nerf would make it so that when the turret of Maus is unangled it is unable to reach the armour effectiveness of the unangled turret of the MBT

oh and a mobility nerf also so it Maus cant flank the MBT(so that MBT players dont need to look at the map)

I do agree with you that these hugely inflate armor values, which coincidentally mostly happen on Russian tanks, at no real drawback to mobility (especially) an/or gunhandling, are not really taking the gameplay experience in a good direction.

 

Back in the days, if you wanted armor you had to either go very slow or have an utter potato gun, which is as it should be.

 

Nowdays we have tons of these heaviums and even heavies going 50km/h with very strong armor as well.
