Have seen this on a few tanks recently and really like it.

I haven't got a picture unfortunately but, if anyone recognises this description, do you know where it comes from?

Thanks

It was from a Twitch care package — the last one, Starry Night (based on the Van Gogh painting). When I first tried it on a tank I didn't like, maybe I need to revisit:

If Van Gogh saw this implementation ... I'd fear for his second ear.

It sucks.
But so did Van Gogh so at least it's accurate.

You can get a free 30-day trial of Twitch Prime, get the loot (including the skin) then cancel it before you pay anything.

When you cancel you lose the gift tank (Captured King Tiger) but you keep everything else.

Speaking as a complete philistine, it baffles me why anyone would pay more than pennies for a Van Gogh.

Junk shop material, the only value being in the frame.

Yes, from Van Gogh famous painting

Rumor says they wanted to do a Picasso, but then most of its art involved naked females, so they droped the idea in favor of the single ear psycho.

You welcome.

I think Barbarians are in fact best capable of understanding impressionism.

Of course he would.

His only paying customer ever was his brother.

Though I would advice against using Dr Who in history class though.
