For example, here is a player in the Guard tank who rammed me to the corner of the map and jammed me there for the entire game.

How do I report incidents like this? And what actions will be taken?

Replaced the image, removed the naming and shaming.

Save the replay, open a Support ticket under Physics Abuse and attach the replay.

Player Support, physics abuse, upload replay, describe issue politely, indicate time stamp in the replay when it starts.

Remove names and screenshot from forum. (has been helpfully edited by a mod).

Edit: is that an illegal reload timer minimap mod? (apparently HP bar, that would compile information otherwise visually available and thus ok).

I'm sure he was just trying it for one game and it just so happened this incident just coincided with his one and only test......you know this kinda thing has happened before you know, like that guy who's wife had to come and try explain the truth of the misunderstanding. Happens all the time apparently.

I think it is a sort of HP bar (if you mean the circles around the tank icon on minimap).

If that's the case, my apologies. A bit of advantage that as well, but probably more legal.

Not a mod I saw before.

Should be done now, but tell me if I've missed it mentioned again somewhere since I have a habit of missing them. Take Miros' advice OP, send the replay to support under physics abuse, and please try to avoid posting player names on the forums in the future.

Yes, those are HP circles.

As for reporting, right click the players name in-battle and select the complain action then select the appropriate option.

To manually report an in-battle offense, send a ticket to Player Support that includes the battle replay (mandatory), the time in said battle when the violation occurred, and a screenshot of the post-battle results (whenever possible).

The shell "flight" time seems borderline though ...

What is the difference to reporting in-game via Ctrl-click the players name and select report?

In-game CTRL+Click to report a player = placebo. Makes you feel good about yourself but amounts to naught.

Submitting a ticket to WG CSC = ~3 day ban against abusing/exploiting players.

That requires many reports to lead to sanctions. The support option has effect if it's a blatant violation and you're not just nagging.

The ingame one depends on other players too making lots reports....which may not happen. Reporting 'physics abuse' like in the OP's picture will get immediate attention and will definitely result in a short holiday from the game.

Is that legal if they are out of render range?  Doesn't it come under information not normally available like the gun direction mod is only allowed to show the direction of guns within render range.

It's included in WG official modpack. It's not 100 % accurate, I believe it doesn't show unspotted damage until spot.

Edit: Thought about total hp pool. And no I don't think that's illegal either, you can see hp and tank class through walls but you can't always see the direction they are looking at.
