I'm very close to unlocking the Sheridan and I wonder what you think about that tank. Please, before telling me that it isn't competetive, keep in mind that I went for this line purely for fun and I try to not be the competetive guy. Share your experience about Sheridan and T49!

Don't own the Sheridan and made a conscious decision not to buy it during the Sheridan TotT. I really like the T49 both with the derp for lolls and with the 90mm more competitive.

Cherrydan isn't bad. It can give HEAT shooting vehicles some surprises.

But the 152mm gun/launcher suits the T49 better, though I like using it too from time to time. Had to sold mine for credits a while back but will get it back ASAP.

With the new equipment, this vehicle can become a proper aggressor.

I have almost 1500 games with t49, never bought tier X as EBR105 made all tierX useless

I played one game with the small gun all the rest with derp gun, best fun I ever had in WOT, was a blast to 3mark, best result 5.8k dmg, after trying all kinds of setups I ended up with gld(bounty) rammer and vstab, I play it with focus on derping stuff, I play at list one game everytime I play Wot, try it, learn to preaim where enemy will pop out, in the early game rush and pen the enemy light, go pen american and british tierX heavy/td back (yesterday I penned a t95chief for 1k+fire, rebalanced the op abomination)

Unlocked the Sheridan ages ago. I never bought it. As the T49 tier for tier can do the same job, and the same missions etc just fine.

Sheridan with 152mm is love.

The gun is reliable in every way that I wished the T49's would be.

Still my best shot: https://www.twitch.tv/stronkitonki/clip/MiniatureGrossSkunkFUNgineer :hiding:

I definitely have a pretty competetive nature. But when I take the Sheri for a spin, I just know I am only taking it out to laugh my butt off whenever I pen some poor fool for 1k damage. That is all I need to call it a good game. :teethhappy:

Sheridan is a bad medium tank. Try anykind of spotting and ur dead.

And wg intentionally made it worse by making it unnecessarary large in size:

it's pretty nice if you roll the 105mm because that was buffed at one point, and now you can actually carry games with it, 152mm is just for memes.

people claimimg this tank is bad, you guys haven't seen the Rhm.

As a matter of taste i like RHM better. Maybe even most of the TX LT's.

As a matter of fact RHM is more a true LT, fast and sneaky (than the Americans).

T49 is better tier for tier since it effectively has preferential MM, and I play it with the 152mm since if I want to play a 90mm, I'll just play one of the other pew-pew lights that does it better.

That is because, practically all American and Soviet LTs are simply pocket mediums, all the more evident on the Sheridan.  Playing them in actual LT style usually ends bad, but do let people whine as much as they want, as long as you contribute to the team, it's okay.

There was a time when I tried maxing the viewrange on the Sheridan, I ended up ~550... something, which in practicality doesn't actually help that much, but it does help whenever a tank fires when in a solo bush.
