It already has horrible aim time. At least let me be accurate after that long aimtime. I know it will have better dpm but i still dont like it. If you really want to nerf accuracy, buff aimtime instead of reloading time.

Looks like you don't understand how the game mechanics work.

The dispersion values will get buffed a lot. That's much more impactful than the aimtime or the accuracy.

"yes, i dont know how game mechanics work." that gun stabilization change is for stock gun. top gun only receives accuracy nerf and reload buff.

The list of changes for ST-1:
• The M62-T2 gun:
• Changed the reloading time from 13.3 s to 12 s;
• Changed the gun accuracy from 0.38 to 0.4;
• The D-25T gun:
• Replaced the shells: the standard Armor-Piercing shell with 175 mm penetration will be replaced with the Armor-Piercing Composite Rigid shell with 217 mm penetration, the special Armor-Piercing Composite Rigid shell with 217 mm penetration will be replaced with the High-Explosive Anti-Tank shell with 270 mm penetration;
• Improved gun stabilization.

Maybe WG should put these game mechanics somewhere officially so people can actually see them. Like all the hidden tank statistics.

The game even has tank comparison tool, and they do not show these values still in 2020.

0.38 and 0.4 is a much of a muchness, you wouldn't even notice it if didn't know.  Plus you are going up to 2300 DPM, which is pretty high for a tier 9 heavy.

I think that improved gun stabilization is general for both the guns. But I can try to ask.

Well, both IS-4 and KV-4 get general gun handling buffs. It would look really strange if ST-1 got only the stock gun handling buffed...
